It was great, I was approached a couple of times by employees asking if I needed anything. And if you have any questions, you could call them. Very kind sellers, also the security guard.
Thank you and keep it up.

Delivery of washer and dryer was scheduled and at 9pm the night before, they texted to say it will be delayed for 2 weeks. So incident side rate to their consumers. Delivery and install is now July 12. I am crossing my fingers.

Best Buy used to be a treasure trove, everything you could want for preassembled electronics. Now, they rarely have what I'm looking for. This store specifically doesn't often have camera gear. I know people are shooting more and more with their phones, but when you have a section for cameras that's half empty and only carries the very basics it doesn't instill much confidence.

Mildly frustrating experience at this Best Buy today due the inaccuracy of the pricing displayed of their Open Box items. Took almost 45 minutes for them to find the item just for to be $350 over the listed price as the item was in "Good" condition, not "excellent" and they couldn't price match or honor the price listed next to their demo models.
Fighting the urge to leave a 1 Star review but associate Iseyah was the man. Truly went above and beyond scouring their store and searching over and over in their system to find it. Once he did, unfortunately, it was listed incorrectly. He did his best and even tried to talk with his manager but to not avail. He went to bat for me, a stranger, and a seemingly entitled customer, and that's good enough for me.
Still frustrated though. No Best Buy in this market has their inventory listed correctly in the website. Seems to be a common issue.

The store itself is okay. They usually have what you want or need, though it's pretty hard to get help-- for some reason the workers all seem busy even if they're not helping someone. It almost seems like they're trying to avoid it. My other slight complaint is that the employees are smart but don't know quite as much as I, a tech guy, would like to know about specifics. My advice is do your research online and visit the store either to handle things in person or just to purchase what you've already found.
Trade-in values are much lower than the value of items, too.

Carson was so helpful when it came to helping me find a college laptop. He was showing me al the different aspects and really took the time to explain each one. Definitely would come here again.

Avoid Best Buy! Do not be deceived by Total Tech Care or similar services—they're a scam and won’t provide the support they promise. The warranty is unreliable. Both in-store and online customer service are terrible. In-store staff will tell you one thing, while customer support will say another. Customer support is also rude and speaks negatively about store associates. You’re better off purchasing your electronics and supplies from Costco, where you can return or exchange items anytime without any extra charges.

Save your money and buy at Costco or another place that is better on returns. 15% to return a drone is outrageous. Like highway robbery outrageous. They will sell it for 40 bucks less and make money. Myles and Brooke offer no sympathy or help. Trust me, there is a reason Costco does so well. They understand that you can't fully understand a purchase till you have opened it. I think when you have a policy in place like this you only push people to keep buying online and in stores that understand the buyer experience. Won't be buying from there again. 108 bucks to fly it twice and realize it's not right. Bestbuy will nickel and dime you, so do yourself a favor and continue to buy Amazon online or places like Costco.
