I have personally used John's team to buy my own homes, and as a former Realtor, I referred him to my clients because he was the most professional, most accomplished loan officer I have ever worked with. My clients said the same thing! If your lender isn't meeting your needs, I highly recommend contacting South Towne Mortgage, they can handle even the toughest of loan challenges!

John and his team are very responsive and always got back to us right away with any questions we had. Many times we chatted after normal business hours. Not many loan officers are as quick to respond and as knowledgeable.

I was fortunate to work with Jed on my home purchase, and he literally did all of the "behind-the-scenes" hard work. All I had to do was provide him with my paystubs and banking information, and he made it all happen. During the process, all of his communication was prompt and professional, and he got me the best rate possible. The closing went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at South Towne.

We were fortunate enough to work with John and his team during our first home purchase. I cannot praise him or his team enough. He is professional, courteous and his communication skills are on point. Every question we had, he answered swiftly and honestly. We recently refinanced our home with John Gonzales at South Towne Mortgage. I've worked with many loan officers over the years, but this was the best experience we've ever had with loans. They were fast, friendly, super knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able to get enough money back to pay off our recently finished basement, and have money to update the upstairs as well. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

John and his team were extremely helpful in guiding us through the home buying process. In particular, he and his team excelled in communication - something that cannot be overstated, especially when buying your first home during a pandemic. The majority of the communication took place over email, which was completely doable due to their timely and clear responses, and they were more than happy to clarify things further over the phone at any point. John helped us with the purchase of our new home a few years ago. We were so impressed with him and his team that we contacted them again to purchase our second home. John makes us feel like we are his friends. We often called him both during and after business hours with questions and he always took the time to help us find a solution. I've know John for several years now. He often refers his clients to me to help them with insurance...not one time in the past 6 years have I heard a client have a bad experience with John or his team.
