One teller every time, no more. They don't give more than one roll of pennies(you are a bank). They take over 30 min Everytime I go to do deposits. Wells fargo takes like 5 min every time. It's just weird that you don't have a spot for me to wait while you do the deposits , I need to sit cause I have bad knees and I had to sit on the floor. I asked if I could use the couch and the teller said l, actually you have to watch me count the cash. I hate going here everytime, even more than they hate me going there.

This Branch is a joke!!!! I’m very disgusted with the demeanor just walking in! Instead of just greeting you up front they want to know everything at the door. This company refuses to cash a payroll check that is through this bank. I have my own account here. I wasn’t able to deposit it through my mobile app. So I went in to cash it and deposit because like everyone we live paycheck to paycheck especially during the holidays with 4 kids. Either way they were rude and the branch manager refused to cash my check told me to take it to another branch. Explained I was just at another branch but my check I guess requires manager authorization and the branch I was just at didn’t have a manager in and he said he didn’t care being the manager. He wasn’t going to cash it! Extremely frustrated. I needed funds today I could have just deposited but I was so appalled I just walked out! I’m going to do some research and go higher because the young douchebag at this location does not deserve that role! He needs a life lesson in compassion, and customer service!

Bank hours on Google and on the door of BOA Sandy says they are open 9-4 pm. I Got here @3:15 pm today and the doors were locked. People kept coming by to check to make sure the doors were locked while I was making a deposit at the ATM. This is not the first time the doors been locked when they should have been open. I thought they were getting better but I was wrong. It is getting harder to get change for my businesses. Bankers hours used to be 9 to 5pm, today or is 9-3 pm. The Sandy BOA has always been a disappointment.

I make an appointment about 1:30 pm. I got there and the lady with colorful hair said she is booked up and other banker went out for something. How come they give an appointment at 1:30 and they say they are booked. Very bad costumer service.

Don't waste your time or money with BofA sandy branch. JT has limited knowledge of banking, lacked information regarding deposit processing holds, and ended up costing us money.

I came to this location to get a cashiers check, Denys helped us. She was incredibly friendly and got everything done that I needed done without issue. She was fun to chat with and made the whole experience enjoyable.

Had to get a cashier's check on short notice and to be honest I didn't really have a clue what I was doing. Got seen quickly despite not having an appointment. Jordan helped walk me through the process and was super cool and nice. Please let him know he's welcome at the housewarming party when I end up closing on this thing. Couldn't have done it without him.

Been a loyal Bank of America customer since I opened my first bank account. When I say never, I mean I've never had a bad experience at any of the bank of America's I've been to, I guess never say never. This one here, boy it made me want to leave and go to Chase and for me to say that knowing that chase's customer service isn't top notch, says something. The gentleman greeting at the front sets the tone for your overall experience and when he's rude and unhelpful, just automatically said I have to make an appointment or referred me to the app, which i'm well aware that i can do pretty much anything over the app, if I'm at an actual location is because i need the help of a human. It made me want to leave and not even make a future appointment at this location. Being new to Utah, I'll just find another location and move on. I just hope others have a better experience than I did.

Fiona helped me with questions about Credit Card 2 weeks ago and yesterday when I went back, it is sad to know that she got transferred to another branch. She's very knowledgeable and the perfect customer service agent I've seen. I went to another branch in Draper and they were not as nice.

I stopped here 4/8/22 to get a replacement debit card, not knowing that they stopped issuing temporary debit cards to customers. That’s no problem, but the (very friendly…kudos!) representative told me I could order one online through my app, without also telling me she could do it herself right then. When I got home, I logged in and found that my account is set up so that I cannot use the app or website to order a new card. Seems to me that she could have saved me some trouble by offering to order one for me while I was there at the office. This didn’t bother me too badly, but when I got home I found out I needed to get a cashiers check for a late rent payment, (my auto pay had failed due to my direct deposit information changing) so I checked the hours to the Sandy, UT Bank of America branch online and it clearly states they are open until 1 PM on Saturdays. Great. I arrive today at 12:25 PM and the lobby doors are open to the ATM area. However, the doors to the branch are locked, even though there are signs stating they are open until 1 PM on Saturdays, which is in line with what is posted on the website. I knocked a couple times, but no one showed. This creates a problem, as there was no other branch close enough to get to by 1 PM, and I really needed the check TODAY. Now I am facing threatened eviction and attorney fees for not getting the payment in today. Fortunately, I got the rent situation handled with the housing manager after explaining the situation and she was willing to work with me since I have never had issues paying the rent on time. So, I realize Bank of America didn’t directly cause the rent situation; however, I had to do a lot of extra legwork because of incorrect information. Is this branch actually open on Saturdays until 1 PM? I have also noticed more negative online reviews for BoA financial centers in this area (20 mile radius), stating that wait times, communication and customer service are common problems. Please reply!
