I bought something on Wednesday - it is Monday and it is still stuck at their FirstMile sorting partner. I live 30 min away from them. At this point I'm just trying to see if I can go pick them up myself. I need them by Friday. This is a joke. Last time I order anything from Böhme.

Boehme is a nightmare. They make sure you cannot reach them by phone in their corporate office or unsubscribe from their constant texts. I have called multiple times and just put on hold anywhere from 20 minutes +. But they never answer, which tells me they have no intention of helping and hoping we just hang up. I have called several stores to see if their employees have a clue. Interesting thing: most of the employees I talked to are unhappy with boehme administration and looking to leave.

Beautiful clothing and great customer service at the Gilbert location. The trainer from Utah was so helpful and nice. The only problem I have is the store smells so strong of scents that it is offensive. I have asthma and couldn’t breath that made for a short shopping experience.

Place an order over $300 with several items putting together some outfits. I received an email informing package has been shipped. My package arrived with missing items. I never received an email informing there were some items not being sent or invoice with items sent in. I had to contact them in regards to my missing items. The poor response was sorry we are out it. I had planned my outfits for a travel I did. Very disappointed and would never trust or buy from this business again.

I was pleased to find this online clothing boutique. Most of the clothes are well-made, many lined, stiched well, and very reasonably priced. The problem is the return process is mostly impossible. Not only is there too much reading about their policy but the two items I've purchased totaling $100 states, "This item is not returnable" when I give them the order # and zip code they ask for.I am disappointed and can't see purchasing any other clothing from this company until they make a complete overhaul of the return process to make it easy, easy, easy.Web Managers at Bohme --, please find a way to make returns not only possible but easy. I love your clothes, especially the longer feminine dresses.--until then.

Let me start off by saying that whoever it is that curates their clothing collections, kudos to you. That's what keeps me trapped and I keep coming back for more. However, I am reaching my last straw with your company's customer service.The shipping is horrendous and takes forever. When I try to contact your customer service via e-mail or phone, I rarely get a response. I finally was able to get ahold of someone via social media after sending multiple messages. If you are taking my money, I expect you to value my shopping experience with you. It seems you value your marketing more than your actual customers which saddens me. When I finally do get ahold of someone, all you say is that you are "sorry" and that you are "working on it." I hope you learn to value your customers more as they are the ones keeping you in business and helping your customer to grow.

Dress arrived night before event so I didn’t have time to wash it and I put it on after I got ready the next morning right before walking out the door and I don’t know if the dress was returned and re-sold to me or something but when I lifted my arms to do my final hair adjustment the smell coming from the armpits and the stains in the armpits were horrific and me and my daughter had to hurry and get Lysol and laundry soap and hand wash the armpits and dry it with the blow dryer and we are almost late to a immediate family members funeral

I’ve been ordering from them online for several years and I love the quality of their clothes! We bought my mothers dress for my wedding from them. The last order I placed was a large order and only half of it arrived. When I reached out asking what happened to the other half, they were slow in getting back to me and had no record of what items were shipped and what items weren’t shipped. When I sent screen shots of the items that weren’t shipped, they still haven’t sent them to me! I’m a bit nervous to buy from them in the future if they’re this terrible at keeping records of orders placed and what is shipped.

I wish there was no stars for these thieves. I placed a large order, the package never arrived and now they are telling me they are not responsible for the merchandise I didn't receive. They are telling me to call the Police. What a joke! Scammers

Definitely 5 stars for this place!! Customer service should get 6. Thanks to Marcela, she was so kind and understanding and helped me get the dress I wanted for a wedding! I strongly recommend shopping here:)

Marcella is a HERO. I called because our order of initial necklaces shipped, but one necklace was out of stock. These necklaces were the gift for our bridesmaids at our wedding in just 3 days! Marcella took it upon herself to find the necklace and arranged for the store manager to bring it to headquarters where I will then pick it up. She saved the day!

This store has some cute things. Just make sure you really want whatever it is you’re buying. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t do returns, and there are so many conditions on how you can use store credit that it’s a joke.
