“After a less than stellar experience at the Autozone by my house that left me frustrated and a bit annoyed, I ventured across the street to O’Riley’s Auto Parts and my mood was quickly turned around. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door and asked if I needed help with anything (something that was not done at Autozone even though there were 3 associates in the immediate vicinity that weren’t seemingly busy) I told the sales associate the dilemma I had with the screws to my license plate and the lack of service I’d received across the street. They then walked me over to the items I needed and came out to my car to see what the threading looked like and even tested one of the screws to make sure it was the right fit. They told me not all license plate screws and fittings are universal as they can vary by size, make, model and year of the car. They even offered to help me reattach my license plate and make sure it was secure. I will definitely be return customer. They were professional, friendly and very helpful! The associate even told me that if the product didn’t work to come back and they’d help me find a solution to the issue in the future. Thank you to the staff for providing excellent customer service!”

Our Service Advisor, Morgan Marsh, was outstanding! She consistently kept us informed and up to date on the status of our vehicle repairs. From the first text we received with the estimated completion date of 8/21/24 to updates like “repairs are coming along nicely” and finally “your Honda is complete,” we were informed every step of the way.
We are extremely pleased with all the services provided by Caliber, especially the exceptional customer service from Morgan. She was professional, friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful!

“I have been very happy with the product and service I received from Mike, Gage, and the rest of the team at Truck Decor. The Reflex liner can't be beat, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff makes all the difference. I actually did not use them for my truck, but had the team coat the roof of my pop-up tent trailer. The fiberglass was cracked in several places, and this proved to be a cost effective and extremely durable solution. I am no longer worried about leaks. These guys stick with a job until it is done right, and you will leave satisfied. Thanks again for all of your help!”
“One of the best auto body shops I've been to. They were super polite and caring about my car when I brought it in to be repaired for a front bumper issue caused by a collision. They were more helpful than my insurance company (and that's saying a lot). They even went above and beyond and fixed my door handle that had been broken for two years on my driver's side, free of charge. Which I was so excited to see! You guys were the best and if I have any other car repair needs, I will definitely come back to Maaco. Thanks!”

“Awesome, I had my subaru repaired here. They did an amazing job. Gerber kept me informed the whole time. When I dropped it off, I was told it could be a month to complete, but they had it done in 2 weeks.”
“I took my Mazda in for an oil change. I took it to two other “quick lube” type places but they couldn’t change the oil because the drain plug was damaged and they couldn’t get it out. Tim Dahle was able not only to get the plug out, but they didn’t charge me for the labor of getting it out, and I bought a 3 oil change program that will save me $150 over what other oil change places charge…and they did a thorough diagnostic check of my car for free, and pointed out things that need repair or replacement, but there was no pressure to do them right now, and I got a car wash as well! I’m very satisfied with Tim Dahle Mazda, and I will going there when I need to buy a car.”

“This is a 50/50 review I was at the Walmart in Sandy and I got to the self-checkout and some of the items were not matching the prices that were on the Shelf when I rang up and the attendant watching the self-checkout area her name is Jamie she was very very rude basically called me stupid then after being insulted I spoke with a manager his name was Abdul he was very kind and he assessed the situation and fixed the prices that did not match w the most amazing customer service that one could have I am very appreciative to Abdul for his customer service because the attendant Jamie was very rude and he was extremely polite I guess thats why he's a manager and she's not”
