I called LAE and Bill answered, I explained a situation I had with an Amazon order. Bill took care of it within minutes. Not only was he kind and professional, but a straight up nice guy. I use Inner Space, which I swear by and also Trim Serum. Both last a long time and I'm super happy with the results. The next products I'm going to try are the Double Tap car soap and Ceramic Slam.
