Uses his tiktok account thomasthe.trainer to fat-shame people, degrade women, and push misogynistic rhetoric. How can he say he provides a program to help build male and female clientele's confidence and health when he says that women are for recreational use only and that when they say they want something that they are lying.

The two workout coaches I had were Michelle and Patrick. They were awesome! They have a lot of old timers and new goers with the six week challenge which makes it sometimes busy and sometimes not.As a six week challenge client, I was put on phase one and had different workouts on some of the days. The workouts are usually a 15 minute warm up then 30 minute HIIT workout. The coaches make sure your form is correct. The six week challenge is what I signed up- I was very skeptical and my goal was set pretty high but I made it and glad I did.Overall it was a good experience-pushed me to loose 15 lbs.

Super nice employees. Clean. Not your gym if you are into classes, but if you just want your quick workout without anyone bugging you, it’s perfect. I love the massage chairs too.

12-weeks-ago, I had not worked out in over 15 years. I was sluggish, insecure and overwhelmed by all of the content on the web regarding how to begin a fitness protocol.I found this gym and was assigned Taya as a trainer. It was very intimidating at first. The owner and trainers are true athletes and their classes are challenging and extremely well designed.I decided I was done feeling weak, insecure and drained. I need to be strong, so that I am able to care for my very disabled child alone. I need my vitality to live my life to the fullest measure of my ability. I needed to reduce my symptoms of complex PTSD, which led to feeling frightened near constantly.Because I am a novice, I added one on one, which helped me to build my knowledge and self-esteem. Taya is an incredible trainer. She is not only an athlete, but also a trained medical professional. She knows how to train people and not become injured. She is very skilled at being motivating through incredibly positive methods. This led me to being more comfortable in then semi-private classes. These classes are intense, but there’s 20 people who have your back the entire time. I am encouraged every single day. Everyone is incredibly supportive.12 weeks in and I have lost significant body fat and have gained muscle. But more importantly, I have reduced my PTSD symptoms by at least 30%-50%. I am now deadlifting my weight. I am now confident enough to come in on open gym days and complete the workout. These days have been crucial to me demonstrating my self-efficacy; something that severe trauma and intense stress often destroy. With Taya’s help with nutrition, I have been able to make even more progress. This progress has translated into me sleeping without medications, having more energy, being more motivated and feeling even more confident. This is more than a gym to me.Hope to see new faces. You deserve to feel better. You deserve to see your fullest potential unfold. I never thought I would find this at a gym; but I certainly didThank you Thomas and Taya!

As someone who has never had a gym habit or been comfortable walking into a gym and feeling like I belong or even know what I am doing, I have loved my experience at this gym since I started 3 months ago.The coaches for the group classes always bring great positivity, high energy, and keep class fun and exciting - even at 5:30 in the morning. They demonstrate all the movements you will be doing before starting regardless of the audience so you never have to feel lost. They do a good job of watching the room to check for form and safety. They know the names and faces of the group and when you're newer, they pay you a bit more attention to help you learn. The workouts keep you engaged and really giving you a challenge whie still allowing you to push yourself at your own pace. The smaller style of the gym means I never find myself waiting around for equipment. Even on open gym days, they have intense workouts planned and available on a mobile app so newbies like me don't feel lost. I feel new parts of my body being worked every week and feel excited to get into the gym! They've also done a great job of building a welcoming and friendly community. I feel comfortable asking anyone for help with movements or getting a spot or teaming up for partner workouts. As far as value, it did feel a bit expensive when I started out and I wasn't sure how long I would want to keep going here. Some of what people say about fairly out-of-box nutrition plans or infrequent 1:1 time with trainers can feel true but the nutrition plans are pretty flexible and varied with a healthy base in science and physiology and not any sort of fad diet. When I actually started shopping around for a better priced home for my workouts, I really felt I was getting a great value here. Its certainly more expensive than a big box gym but I never have to wait for equipment, never feel out of place or uncomfortable, don't have to put much extra effort and time into planning my own workouts, and have a regular group of work out buddies I see every day - a huge win over a box gym, for me. Compared to other gyms that offer similar small group classes (never more than 20 people), the price is at least competitive with everywhere else I looked. As a place to help me learn and develop good habits where I didn't have the knowledge and maybe lacked some motivation, this was a great place to start. Now the great community and love the simple but effective routine makes me keep going!

I wish I had the same experience as others that have left a review, but mine was not a good one. I should have gone with my instinct after meeting with Thomas and not have signed up for the 12-week challenge. He was not welcoming or friendly and I felt like he was trying to get me to sign up, pay, and get out as fast as possible-I didn't even get a tour of the gym. Some takeaways about the 12-week challenge: you are grouped into a nutrition plan along with everyone else, nothing is customized or personal. There was no tracking after 4 weeks and I stopped hearing from my coach one month in. The 'semi-private' classes consist of 20-30 people (nothing semi-private about them). I understand accountability aspect and “class size,” but for people that have jobs that keep them last minute, you are charged $5 cancellation fee or a $15 no show fee. If you are new to lifting, which I am not, you are not taught the fundamentals and form of using a barbell, even at a lightweight. You have to demonstrate your ability by showing you can squat a 70 lb KB 20/15 before being allowed to use a bar, which makes zero sense for beginners. There are some wonderful people that go there that kept me there as long as I did, but overall, at $59 a week, the price point was 100% not worth the experience promised.

If I could give them 10/5 I would! I was in a really bad spot emotionally and physically when Thomas reached out to me a second time. The first time was about 6 months previously and I wish I would’ve joined sooner. In the first 4 weeks I lost 12 lbs of fat and gained 1 lb of muscle, look forward to more gains and fat loss. The workouts are fun and challenging, and the trainers are super motivating and helpful with instructions. The nutrition plans, as long as you follow them, actually produce results! Which I wasn’t getting at a normal gym on my own. If you’re on the fence, do yourself a favor and do it! You won’t regret it as long as you’re willing to put in the work.

Been going here for 2 months and can definitively say this is my new gym home. Extremely knowledgeable staff that is focused on getting you results through nutrition, accountability and a lot of sweat. I think a sign hanging in the building says it all: "I AM NOT TELLING YOU IT IS GOING TO BE EASY, I AM TELLING YOU IT'S GOING TO BE WORTH IT". So true!

I had a knee injury 6 years ago and quit working out and running and all sports period after being a lifetime athlete and 18 years of competitive softball. I woke up pretty down about myself and hopped on Facebook and there was Coach Thomas with an advertisement for amplified fitness, and it was lime a shining light from heaven hit me. So I contacted him and got started in the program that week. I completed the 28 day challenge and I lost 15 lbs of fat and gaind 3 and half lbs of muscle and over all dropped 5 percent body fat. The nutrition plan was perfect and easy to follow and with the help of coach Taya everything fell into place she is an amazing woman! The most important part of this was I got my confidence back and I was feeling better thsn I had in 6 years I had energy again and was sleeping better. The group oglf friends I have made in the program are now considered family to me. I absolutely look forward to hitting the gym and bettering myself everyday with my new family. If I was asked to give this gym a ranking from 1 to 10 it would easily be a 15! If you are looking for a gym and program this is the 1 for you! Thank you coach Thomas and coach Taya for changing my life and being the great examples you are!
