I really hate driving to a parts store after work just to find out they closed early “due to staffing”. This store constantly seems to have a staffing issue. If you can’t afford to pay people to stick around, consider changing your hours permanently or close the store ?♀️ it’s a waste of time after a 12 Hr work day. I won’t be risking this for the third time at this store.

Austin can't count spark plugs and gave me 5 instead of 6. When I came to correct it there's just a piece of paper on the door saying they're closed hours early.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. Stopped by on Easter Sunday. There was a sign on the door saying they would be open until 6:00pm on Easter 04/09/2023. However upon trying to open the doors…..THEY WERE LOCKED!!!! I went over to the pep boys next door to see if anyone was at advanced auto parts and they informed me that no one had shown up to work!!!! Not a single person was there to operate this location! They need to fire all of the employees and management for this store!! A chimpanzee could do the job of a parts store employee. Yet these fuckwads can’t even show up to work!!!!

Austin- 5 star service provider. Excellent educator and helping me to locate exactly what I need - from a competitor - for my problem. "And if that doesn't work, you'll need to go to a dealership". This has saved me from stopping at even more auto parts shops [I'd already been to 2 other places!]

Walked in to purchase 4 gas strut supports. 3 employees in store doing absolutely nothing. They asked what car was it for and I told them it wasn’t for car. They said there was no way to find what I needed and told me good luck. So I went down the street to Autozone and spent my 100 bucks there. If the computer doesn’t tell them what to do then it won’t get done. I’ll keep spending my money elsewhere and won’t ever purchase from Advanced Auto Parts.

Worst service EVER!! Stood there for ten minutes, the only person in the store other than the 2 behind the counter trying to decide what they wanted for lunch, then finally tried to return somthing that I had purchased at another location to find out they wouldn't take it back, wish 0 stars was an option, what a joke!!

Called twice no answer 40 minutes before close but they are a newer store and responded so Changed to 5 stars because they do sell much higher quality than autozone or oreilly
