Aaron was fantastic to work with right out of the gate. I messaged him on a Saturday morning and by that evening he helped us get pre-approved for a home we were looking at that night. He was so nice, so personable, cared about me as a person rather than as "another loan," and made the entire experience wonderful. He and his team over communicated with me, which I loved, and gave me the best possible home lending experience I could have.

Your data is not secure with Academy Mortgage. In March of 2023 they experienced a network security breach that allowed an unauthorized third party to access personal data. Only 9 months later are they notifying affected customers of this incident. They've undoubtedly been spending that time consulting with outside firms to see if they could get away with not having to disclose what happened. Any company that takes personal data seriously would immediately notify anyone who had been impacted. As much as they pretend otherwise, Academy is still a mom and pop shop with a shoestring budget for their data loss & intrusion prevention strategies.
