Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service! I transposed the recipient's phone number and there was an error in the delivery address. I received a call to get the correct information so my mom could receive her Mother's Day flowers in time. Thank you!

Excellent place, I grew up near here and they have been wonderful every time I’ve gone there. For Valentine’s day this year I ordered my wife a really nice arrangement. It wasn’t as expensive as I was anticipating. When it was delivered, I couldn’t believe the flowers were real. They were so perfect that they looked fake. It wasn’t until they began showing signs of wilting about two weeks later that I finally convinced myself they were real flowers. The year before I had ordered a custom arrangement. While they did not offer the exact design I was searching for, they were kind enough to help me add what I wanted to the arrangement once it was finished. And again, it looked fantastic, my wife was very pleased. These aren’t the only times I have been here. Just the most recent ones. However they have always done an excellent job at making me happy with what they offer and deliver.

Ordered 3 flower arrangements for Valentine's Day. I had to follow up on delivery confirmation at 4pm today because they had not received the flowers. She sent me a photo that had the flowers at the wrong house. No, I did not enter in the address incorrectly and no, it is not a hard address to find. All she said was, sorry it’s been a crazy day, sorry for the mishap!

My boyfriend bought me flowers for valentines 2024 I received them 2/13/2024 and today is Valentine’s Day and they are already dying . I’m so disappointed. Not worth what he paid for them . They put no effort in making arrangement. Looks very sloppy .

They always have gorgeous arrangements ready to go. My wife LOVES them every time!I have gotten 4 arrangements there, they have all lasted 2-3 weeks, better than cheap grocery store flowers. Leona is very friendly.

Leona ABSOLUTELY made my day! I ordered flowers and balloons online a few days ago from another company. I didn't hear from them until this afternoon, which was after they should have delivered (I paid extra for AM delivery). They told me they didn't have the balloons and couldn't fulfill my order so I began frantically calling flower shops all over the Salt Lake valley. Several shops were not taking more orders today but Leona offered to have the delivery driver go out on a second run later in the afternoon. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating - and completely saved the day! A beautiful arrangement complete with a balloon bouquet as I'd originally wanted was delivered to my sister less than an hour later. I am so impressed with this flower shop, namely Leona! THANK YOU Leona, you are a rockstar!!

I bought flowers for my wife's and I anniversary along with chocolates and a teddy bear I have the driver a 25$ tip to make sure things would arrive on time and as a thank you for delivering them!! My wife had still yet to receive these flowers and items I feel like I've been stolen from and lied to I spoke to the lady in the shop around 5 said they should be dropped off by now or are on the way hours later still nothing I am very disappointed in this flower shop and will be in the store in the morning for a full refund and my tip back!!'

I came in on Friday June 10th to get some flowers for my granddaughters dance performance. The lady said I can’t help you because I’m unloading trucks with a very snippy attitude, I started to ask her about Saturday and she said by the way we’re closed on Saturday. When I used to go to Absolutely Flowers a lot in the past, two young gentlemen always helped me. They were always so helpful and nice. I will never go there again and absolutely will not recommend them to anyone at all! Very disappointed in the way I was treated!

My mom used to be a good customer of Absolutely Flowers until she got so sick she had to move to Montana to live with her granddaughter. We wanted to celebrate her birthday in Utah and asked them to put a flower arrangement in her hotel room. They went above and beyond what we had paid for. She said it was the best arrangement she ever had! Thank you, Absolutely Flowers! They were beautiful!

After a month and a half, I'm finally being able to say my thanks to Leona at Absolutely Flowers. I walked into Absolutely Flowers on a Friday afternoon looking for flowers for my father's funeral happening on a Wednesday (5 days later). Leona was not only sympathetic, but very kind and helpful. She jumped into action and was able to get all the flowers/displays we needed. She even made a last minute corsage for my mother. We ordered 3 red and white sprays, 8 boutonnieres for the pallbearers and the flowers for the casket. All the displays were full and beautiful. The greenery that was used was very reminiscence of our island culture which many commented on. Leona also personally delivered on time from Sandy to Taylorsville in a blizzard! Thank you Leona! I am forever grateful for your beautiful flowers and helping us honor our dad.
