Me and a couple people witnessed The lady that works there who drives the lifted pink Jeep wrangler stalking someone and following them around the neighborhoods by this 7-11 near sego Lily dr at high speeds almost rear ending the car she was chasing. Me and my wife then later saw the car she was chasing at the Home Depot up up by highland dr (it was a silver car with a huge wing on the back of the car definitely something you don’t see two of within the same hour, same with the metallic pink Jeep)and asked them what happened. it turned out to be two highschool kids she was following and they were unsure why she was stalking them and trying to follow them like a creep. Running stop signs. Speeding through residential neighborhoods, almost hitting cars, and stalking kids all just to satisfy this lady’s road rage habit, uncool. Be careful shopping here or driving around the area, if she does that to them who knows what she’ll do to others

Glad to have met Aman the new owner. The guy cleaned up the store really well and is extremely nice. Watched his interaction with the customers, great guy with a lot of charisma. Much better shopping experience. The last owners were cold and dry. This guy made us feel at home. Will continue shopping here.

Our car broke down, so I went into 7-Eleven and asked the male cashier if I could use their phone. He told me there was a payphone outside. I said I didn't have any money, I just needed to use the phone quick to get a ride home. He still told me No. I said "Seriously? It's not like I'm wanting to use your phone to chat with my boyfriend for 20 minutes. Our car broke down, it's right there (I pointed out the window) I just need to call for a ride." Then he begrudgingly let me use their phone and he watched me the entire time to make sure I didn't talk too long.

I tried sending my shoes to the Amazon locker at this location but I didn’t realize that the company I bought it from was partnered with Amazon, not actually Amazon, so the shoes went to the address and I messaged 7-Eleven online for help with my package and one of the managers from Ogden called me to help me out and received my shoes after realizing my situation and told me they would hold it for me anyway. I thanked them and apologized for my mistake and they helped me anyway. I really needed those shoes for work at Amazon so I’m really grateful for the help. they didn’t even have to help me, they could have totally just sent the package back but they helped me out anyway. These guys are excellent. Thank you 7-Eleven!!!

The guy at 10:15pm in this 7-Eleven today 04/02/2022 was super rude, and didn’t even started my order until I arrived. Didn’t even want to look at me, talk to me and talk to me in a rude way.

Your cashier nick called my mother a b***** If I could leave negative stars I would. Nick was helping my mother and messed up on the total. They had a little argument about the total and he proceeded to call her a b**** for his own mess up. I do not appreciate the way he called my mother a b**** and strongly suggest that he works on his customer service skills, maybe even fired for speaking to a customer that way. Disrespectful and unprofessional. I am truly embarrassed for this 7-11 for allowing their employees to talk to their customers this way. If you're looking for a 7-11 DO NOT go to this one. There's one right down the street that has excellent employees who won't treat you with disrespect. I'll be filling a report against nick to corporate. Hopefully he sees this and rethinks his life choices and the way he speaks to customers let alone women.
