We have been here 3 times. We were only able to eat 1 of the 3. The food was good the one time. The other 2 times they said they are no longer seating. Which is annoying when online it says they are open. We won’t be back.

Their gut health pills are helpful but somehow they shipped my pills to the wrong address and charged me $20 to reroute it. I had changed my address weeks prior and their customer service had me change my address in a completely different unintuitive menu which somehow still had the old address.Tldr, the pills are helpful but their web design is awful and they will charge you for their mistakes.

The pills seem to work great, but my husband updated our address in their system recently, which apparently doesn't update where orders are sent - why we would need to update our address twice is beyond me and it's not intuitive to even find the "shipping" address to update. They then charged us $20 for their bad web design. Order from somewhere else if you can - Amazon only needs your address updated once for all orders to go to the right place.

My wife has been a member of Yoli for a couple of years. She would drink a passion shake every morning. A couple of months ago we had a hurricane scare here in North Florida and the UPS to USPS shipment of my wife's order never made it to us. She called Yoli support multiple times trying to hunt down where her order was and I can confidently say they were probably the worst customer support I've ever had to listen to. I work for a tech company and have to call AT&T, Comcast and Microsoft tech support and speak with oversea call centers pretty often. I would gladly call them over Yoli customer support. At least the oversea call center people pretend to care. Yoli customer support is just matter of fact rude.
Around the third call to customer support my wife was told that the carrier had attempted a delivery of the shipment multiple times, but no one was there to sign for the package. (Which isn't true. I work from home. I answer for every package and, when in the world did Yoli start requiring a signature for a box with passion shake packets in it???)
At that point Yoli told her it was completely up to her to deal with the shipping company to get the package they wouldn't try to reach out to the shipping company, even though they really can do that, even though they say they can't. My wife works a lot and so wasn't able to get to the post office for 2 weeks. When she made it there they told her that they had already shipped the package back to the sender a week before.
My wife called Yoli asking for a refund for the product she didn't receive. They told her that they couldn't issue the refund until the product got there. But if she was told that it was sent a week before it shoui get there soon. However, they wouldn't issue the refund automatically, she had to call again. So she waited another week and called today. They told her they would issue a refund for the product itself, but not the shipping cost because the package had been waiting for her to pick up at the post office for so long and she never went and got it.
Well, my wife had finally had enough (thankfully! I had been telling her to stop doing business with this company because they clearly suck), she hadn't had any time to actually get the package because by the time she had finally worked out where it was and to get the time off work to get there, the package had already been sent back to them. So she cancelled her account today and I'm glad she did. Now I don't have to hear her on the phone with that horrible customer service.

I signed up as a member with Yoli and have always had issues. They were small issues, but they definitely added up. It seemed like every month it was something. However, the cherry on top was when 3 weeks ago they pulled $600 from my account for an autoship that wasn't scheduled to come out for at least 7 days (meaning I also still had 7 days to change it) When I called them they stated they had a "computer glitch" and said the only way to fix it was to pay $20 for a tracer for a return to sender....done. They got the product back and instead of refunding me, they gave me "Yoli Cash" which is a glorified version of a gift card. They told me in my initial call that they would refund me as soon as the product came back to them, and they failed to do this...... I strongly recommend you not sign up with them as a member because they truly don't care about the little guy, they only care about their higher ups and diamond elites. I also will tell everyone that letting Yoli have access to any money you have in the terms of an autoship is a terrible idea! There are better companies out there who won't screw you over financially I promise!

I am very happy with my results thus far with Yoli. My body is living proof that these products work for me. Now that I feel better, I can return to being active without the extreme discomfort and pain. I have shared these products with family and friends who also has been pleased with the results. Best part, I can still eat real freshly prepared foods and not prepackaged, freeze dried meals. The dietary supplements boost my body system and helps control the crazy cravings of heavy caffeine and sugars. I'm loving it!

Horrible people running a big triple diamond business out of their home in a quiet residential neighborhood at 3702 Kathleen Way Davenport, Iowa. They lie and say they are doing Bible study when they have 20-30 cars flooding our neighborhood for yoli nation meetings. They call their house the yoli house. They have used the Yoli label to plaster on the floor of their full size home gymnasium. Jennifer and Keith Furness are the rudest and most inconsiderate people we know, "These are the face of YOLI" well they make yoli look bad. This business should be not be ran out of a residential home to disturb the neighborhood. They threaten us, record our homes, etc. I will be discouraging anyone from exploring Yoli because of these crooked people. I will recommend advocare. ??? We have 2 years of evidence of this madness thru pictures and videos.

Yoli has completely changed my life. Before YOLI I was bedridden, depressed, lived with severe chronic pain, took several prescription medications.
And in a few short weeks following the BBS I felt better than I ever have.
It's been 6 months since I started my journey with YOLI and my life is truly transformed. I live each day to its fullest, I'm happy, I'm off 9 medications, I have my life back, I've reopened my massage practice and the best part is I'm sharing YOLI worth others and transforming their lives.

Words CAN'T describe.... Have to try it yourself!!! I feel great about myself, inside and out! It's not just about weight loss, it's about changing your lifestyle. I WON'T EVER gain the weight back because Yoli has helped me not to. Now that's worth it!

Love Yoli! I have lost 10 lbs on the transformation kit so far! On my 4th week! It can be quite expensive though but I am glad i found something that works for me!
