Kind of annoyed right now. Their Google Maps listing says they are open, but I drove all the way downtown and battled traffic only to find a sign out front claiming staffing shortages were keeping them from serving customers and directing people to order online. It would have been nice of them to update their Google business listing with that information. So now I'll be ordering online -- probably from someone else.

The service is horrible, at least online. Can't get anyone to help you when they get the order wrong or send you a tracking # for an order you already received a week ago. Not one single person has tried to reach out to assist with the dysfunction, but when they want to collect money, they do. You can't reach anyone by phone, thus, I emailed so many times just asking for answers to missing orders, delayed orders and you just get crickets. The absolute worst!

If there were a MINUS (-) FIVE STARS I would have most certainly selected that. I have two (2) pieces of metal and plastic that look like MAYBE could form the device I ordered. But there are no directions, no nothing. I will NEVER do business with this organization again and, if I were local, I would take them to Small Claims Court.

The final stamp was fairly good. Communication was confusing initially about what was wanted on the stamp. I'm glad I chose the option to preview what the stamp was going to look like. I also needed to trim a little bit of the edges.
