What I truly appreciate about this shop is the COMMUNICATION. The staff here take the time to definitivelyexplain their findings, are candid about what they feel are priority items vs. best practices, and never make you feel as though you are wasting their time. Not only are the technicians here clearly experts, but the operation is well run, organized, and communicative. The customer service exceeds that of premium dealerships. Highly recommend.

Highly personal service, reasonable and accommodating, do what needs to be done and not more. I love it when they tell me that something could be fixed but doesn’t need to be fixed. Gives me confidence that they’re Not overcharging, and just doing work for the sake of doing work. The work is always top-notch. They do a great job of explaining things as well.

They are very friendly ,informative courtesy about calling if there’s a problem or an issue other than what they were fixing pretty upfront with the price I’ve always had good luck here. I’ve recommended them to quite a few people. Thank you.

I would strongly recommend this company for service on your Euro vehicles. In recent experience they proved to be very thorough, fair priced and easy to work with. The facility is clean and well organized. A well run operation by all consideration. I am grateful for the work they performed and most pleased to have found a better alternative then the Mercedes dealer.Thank you Werner staff. I look forward to our continued association.
