I've been a Wells Fargo customer for many years and I'm quite satisfied. I have a home mortgage through WF, a brokerage account, and a retirement account. I frequently use Bill Pay and the fantastic Mobile Deposit function to deposit checks. The online system is great and the mobile app is solid as well. I also know people that work in this location and they are top notch or pinnacle, if you will. I also appreciate that Wells Fargo didn't require an Obama bail out. Also, other banks were throwing checking accounts at illegals aliens.

Is it possible to award no stars? I called the 24/7 customer service number provided in my email, with a couple inquiries on a transaction I had made that day. I was connected to "John P." from Salt Lake City whom was unbelievable rude and couldn't answer any questions of mine. I don't know how he is a customer service agent in the first place since he wouldn't listen to my questions or concerns and was giving me the same advice over and over: call back the next business day. He didn't even know how to answer my basic questions, which lead to my frustration and me asking to be connected to a manager or supervisor. I asked him for his name, which he then started YELLING and rambling off this information to me. I again asked to be transferred which he said he couldn't do, and then asked for my name. At this point I was in no mood to humor him (and was feeling uncomfortable) and asked ONCE AGAIN to be transferred. All he did was place me on hold (not transferring me). My advice: if you call customer service and get anyone named "John" from Salt Lake City HANG UP IMMEDIATELY. If you don't want your day to be ruined or don't want to get yelled at or end up frustrated then do as I say!

Ive been to this bank a few times and they are VERY slow. I worked for Wells as a teller so I am picky because I know how long it takes to do a deposit or withdrawl. I could run the whole drive up at this place no problem. They easily take 3x's longer than it should to do a withdrawal or deposit. Then when they give you your cash back they have yet to do it in the right amounts Ive asked for.... Wells fargo is fine, these people need to speed things up.
