They told us we can wait to talk to a banker about a financial loan and to be approved of a credit card. They only had two emaining appointments left, they even stated if they finished early they would talk to us. Well on the last hour they basically told us to apply another time or to do it online. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I been banking for over ten years with you guys this is very disappointing and rude to tell us to leave on the last hour with only two remaining appointments between me. I know those appointments wouldn't take the whole hour because they were clearing out their appointments under 20 mins.

You're new guy at the drive up Jorge needs to learn some custom relations. Not consistent with what's been the norm for years and he's going try to explain to me bank policy and procedures. When he was done with my transaction, he sent it back without even a word. I will drive away if I ever see him at the drive up again

It is true that if you have to go inside you will probably be waiting in line for a while. They usually only have one teller to help actual people and one teller for the drive-thru and those tellers will not help each other. So if you've got a lot of time then go ahead and go there but if you're in a hurry I would try another.

The worst service ever I won’t trust this branch with my money they make mistakes while making deposits with our money and till day it’s been over a month and we have not received our money back or even the effort to resolve the mistake the teller made ? no los recomendaría por nada del mundo

I have been using Wells Fargo to handle my accounts, my home mortgage, and personal loans for almost 12 years now. At this particular rose branch in Utah, where I have been working construction for the last 3 and a half years, they have helped me many times. I have read some of the negative reviews, and I can only assume that the person writing it has got to have a personal problem that makes them feel a certain way.I've gotton 2 personal loans involving a lot of personal interaction with many of these employees and have nothing but good feelings of care, concern, and good faith during the entire process.How anyone can say that they favor by race is beyond me.They are forthright , honest , very friendly, and hospitable.I also have a home mortgage through Wells, and this particular branch has my favorite personal of the many states I have been in while traveling the United States to work for the last 11 years.I give them the thumbs up in every aspect.Even after not seeing me for a year or more, they remember me and make me feel welcome.After reading some of the reviews I had to leave mine. Thank you very much!!

Wells Fargo bank ? is an amazing bank institutions. I had been with this bank for years and I won’t regret for banking with them for century I love them. I had many experiences banking and employees are helpful enough to serve as fast as they can to avoid overwhelming customers. Great ? job Wells Fargo!! Goes inside teller and meet awesome lady welcoming customers how awesome ?? is that. as well they keep customer service real good and identify for customer secret. No opposed!!! Recommend to everyone looking for banking institutions.

Unfortunately I have to come here regularly to deposit checks for business purposes. They closed the lobby and the drive thru line is ALWAYS at least a 30 minute wait. They’re obviously trying to save money by understaffing but seriously what a waste of my time. I’ve logged hours and hours in this drive thru in the past weeks for transactions that take 3 minutes or less. Stop using COVID as an excuse to give a terrible customer experience.
