I had so many wonderful experiences at this Walgreens during the holidays. They do photo printing and there are SO many great photo gift options. They have canvasses, framed photos, ornaments, etc. I did a lot of photo printing for gifts this year, and their turnaround time is insanely fast especially for just printed photos. I didn't have to wait long for the larger projects I had printed either - everything I ordered took less than a day even in their busy season. I've been ordering photos and photo gifts from here for years. You can order through the app, or connect your phone and order at their location. The quality is great and they always have photo gift deals. Staff has always been fairly friendly here, lines are never long and you don't have to wait long to check out.

I am so disappointed in Walgreens pharmacy. They're always waiting for meds to come in, they won't help you to see if another Walgreens has it and they're rude! I'm not continuing with Walgreens.

I've been here many times shopping. Even though they have the restrooms locked to keep people from using drugs in there, I've never had a problem getting in to use it. Today I had to relieve myself before I did my shopping so I wasn't doing an awkward dance while shopping. The clerk on duty gave me a judgmental look and told me that the restrooms were closed. No explanation, just closed. Ok fine. I'll do my shopping elsewhere going forward where I'm afforded the basic human dignity.

I like Walgreens to some extent. They shouldn't have a phone they don't use it. Also the pharmacist told me they couldn't fill my prescription and that I would need to call my doctor. Called the other Walgreens on redwood and they said that they were easily able to pull it. Not sure where the disconnect was but I feel like that they lied.

I went in to get a last minute photo I ordered to print and it wasn’t ready, but Terri helped me out and she printed the photo right in front of me. She also helped me find a frame to put it in. She was incredibly kind and so helpful. I will be going to this Walgreens from now on even though it’s further from my house.

Cashier was helpful finding tweezers so I could remove a splinter. Pharmacist was helpful offering advice. Getting a COVID-19 booster was horrible. First I submitted the auth form online. Had to fill it out again there. Then waited 25min to get it. The person said they didn’t know I was waiting. Nobody asked if I had been helped.

The pharmacy is SO unorganized. Pharmacist didn’t even show up to work. Avoid if you want your prescription filled.

This Walgreens has the Rudest and Most Ignorant Employees I have EVER Had to Deal With I WILL NOT Go Back! I Will Drive to 7th and 33rd. Terrible Service or NONE AT ALL!!!!

Came to fill a prescription for some antibiotics, we were told to come back in 30 minutes, we came back after 45 and were told that our prescription couldn’t be filled because they needed more information, or a phone number to get more information. There was a phone number on the prescription. We called that phone number, and they told us to have the pharmacy call them. So instead of calling or texting us to let us know our prescription wasn’t being filled, or calling the number on the prescription, they wasted our time. We were waiting in store or in our car in the parking lot for 2 hours.

The absolute worst service you will ever experience. TERRIBLE. You would have better luck catching a wild pigeon, hand writing a note, strapping it to their leg, and sending it off rather than getting the pharmacy to answer their phone. They need to shut down if they can’t help the community like a pharmacy should.

What is going on in this place? I experience legit dread whenever I am faced with this Walgreens as my option. It would be comical were I not trying to access needed supplies and prescriptions. One example: A friend injures his knee and I offer to buy him a brace and crutches to try while he's waiting for medical care. I buy two braces so he can pick the best one. I purchase online, for curbside pickup. I arrive at curbside pickup, follow the instructions to let the store know I'm there for the pickup. I wait. Five minutes turn into ten turn into t w e n t y minutes. I go inside the store and see my items are right there in plain view. I tell the clerk I've been waiting there for t h o s e i t e m s r i g h t t h e r e. They tell me they don't know how to process the order. I say, "It's already been processed -- here's my receipt -- you just give it to me." They call a manager over. Manager doesn't know what to do, either. Finally, they seem to figure it out and...hand my bag to me. You know, the one that was sitting there the entire time. Look, dumbasses, I ordered online with curbside pickup so I wouldn't have to go inside with all the viruses. Friend needs only one of the braces, so I attempt to return the unneeded brace to the store. Manager tells me I need a receipt, so I show him my electronic receipt. He claims it's not a receipt, but, in fact, 'tis the receipt Walgreens sent me when I purchased the items. Manager is downright belligerent. I leave the store, flummoxed, though unsurprised. I return later that day to find the manager still belligerent, but my persistence has paid off, as he finds another manager who actually knows how to do his job. As if by magic, this "other manager" refunds my money immediately. Do better, Walgreens on 2100 South.

After 35 min on hold, was hung up on prior to being able to speak to anyone in the pharmacy. Spoke with Daisy in customer service who stated it’s Walgreens policy to not allow callbacks and stated she’d ensure I was connected when calling back after the 35 min hang up. She dropped off the line within 3 minutes and I was unable to speak with anyone again after waiting for another 20+ minutes.
