Don’t get things printed here!
I use the pharmacy but that’s all now. I got some cards printed and they were originally blues and greens - and I picked them up and they had printed very orange and yellow and there was no help after that. I’ve had really good interactions with the pharmacy staff - but haven’t had great experiences otherwise over the couple years I’ve gone to this Walgreens for something. I won’t be going here anymore except to use the pharmacy!

I've had bad experiences all around at this store. I can somewhat empathize with the pharmacy dept's shortcomings, especially during busy times. But, the overall operation of the whole store is so poor. For example, a manager didn't know about substitution preference that we can write when placing pickup orders. How can he be a manager when he doesn't even know how things work? What's worse, this store fails to fulfill online orders consistently. They don't get to it until 4 hours later or sometimes longer until I call them to fulfill my order. This often causes me to lose on sales/deals because by the time they get to my order, some items are out of stock, ruining my deals like BOGO, rewards back, etc. Now I don't feel like shopping at this store anymore. I've never had such a poor experience at other Walgreens locations, but this is the closest location from where I live unfortunately.

Stopped in for FedEx return dropped off, waited for help but no staff were available, once someone become available the particular person was extremely rude and carelsss.

This Walgreens is utterly ridiculous. There is absolutely no reason I should be able to hear the classical music that is incessantly blaring from this building 200 feet away and four stories up at 9:30 pm when people are trying to sleep. In your attempts to be violently anti-homeless (which is messed up for a whole other set of reasons) you have created an unnecessary amount of noise pollution that is disrupting the peace of the people who live in the neighborhood. Also, the noise gets louder at night for whatever reasons. Finally… If you’re gonna be obnoxiously loud because you hate homeless people in the area, could you at least vary the playlist?

The loud, repetitive music outside gave me and my kids headaches in the time it took to wait for a prescription.

This Walgreens is ridiculous. On multiple occasions I have called to make sure that the prescription is ready, they give me a time when it will be ready and then it’s forgotten about. If I want my prescription I have to go to the store and wait 30 minutes or more to have them fill it.

This review is intended to provide crucial information about your store and some important things that need to be addressed. I can't honestly tell if this store has a management team. I'd say it is not a corporate Walgreens because it's so dusty and unstocked.
I purchased 4 beverages from this location yesterday at about 11 a.m. and realized that all of them were expired on January 8th 2024. It was a diverse mix of beverages also.
As a retail manager, I struggle to find a reasonable excuse to have expired Pepsi or coke products in any store. SOMEONE PLEASE take action!!!

Please tear down this store and do literally anything else with the space. They blast classical music on repeat starting early in the morning to wake up all the people living in apartments nearby, to late at night when people are trying to sleep but can’t. Getting any fresh air during the day means going insane because you have to listen to the same 3 classical songs that they blast endlessly.

DONT GET PASSPORT PHOTOS HEREWent to get passport photos they refused to take one of my 6 month old. I was told it was a new policy in the last couple weeks. (Age discrimination lol). Child was not crying or anything. So I went to FedEx Office Print & Ship Center by the U and they handled it quickly no issues.
