20 years with Walgreens and I finally left this year with NO regrets. Often out of meds. Never staffed properly. Almost never answer the phone. Always a long line. All this would be fine if they marked prescriptions as filled online when done but they never do that so I have to stop by constantly for updates that easily have 20-30 min lines to go through EACH time. Only Now that I’m almost completely moved over to the university do I realize what a waste of many many many hours of my time this place is.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. My husband has been trying to get his prescription filled for 3 months! They send messages that it's ready, but when he goes to the website to pay, it says it's not ready. He's gone i twice to pick it up and both times they told him that his insurance wouldn't approve payment. He also took a coupon, from this exact store, in for five dollars off for his med that was listed on the coupon and they refused to take it. Many times he has tried to call during their open hours and their phone message says they are closed. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I would give it -5 stars if I could.

Always an enjoyable experience goin into Walgreens. The customer service is always great. They were very busy and where hustling around registers and doing everything in their power to make sure everyone was taken care of with good timing.

They put up a "temporary closed" sign due to "power outage" sign when they don't want to open in the morning. The last three times I have gone by anyway.

Wish I could give it a 0. But I guess they are used to receiving ones for the same problems over the years. We called yesterday for a refill and they said it wouldn't be available till today. Call ahead of time and was left 1 hour and a half waiting with no response. Decided then to go there in person and was told they HAD IT and it would be ready in 20 - 40 minutes. Came back after 45 minutes just to hear that they didn't have it! In other words wasted my time, and gas! The girl made a mistake and at least had the decency to say sorry for the mistake, other than her co-worker who came and said they are the busiest pharmacy in town. So just an advice, start turning your clients away, cause you're soooo busy!

I placed an order for delivery through the app to get medicine and food delivered when I was sick. I placed the order at 5am, and it said it would be delivered between 8-10. At 1PM, still no delivery. Called the store's customer service, and was on hold for a very long time. Eventually had to call headquarters and get them to cancel the order. I ordered a total of 5 things and live down the street from the location... there is really no reason why the delivery should take over 8 hours.

Pharmacy absolutely sucks. They take forever and don’t ever answer their phones.
