DONT BUY. I ordered a part from them. Card was charged but it never shipped. I’ve reached out by email three times and no response. Their customer service phone is disconnected. No response on any social media platform.

ORDER #WAP17081 - I ordered vent visors and hood protector for my 1998 Chevy Suburban 2 weeks ago, $140 worth. There have been no shipping updates, they will not answer the phone, nor will they answer my emails. Do not buy from them! I'd love to add a photo, but it would be blank!

Pure scam company. Phone is disconnected. No email response. Order was placed December 10th 2023 and was due to arrive December 14th. No product, no refund, and no contact from them. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered bed caps. No shipping updates. Never came. Won’t answer the phone when I try to call. Will not answer my emails. $100 of mine they’ve gotten and still haven’t gotten my stuff. Tried calling at least 30 times and no answer. Do not buy from them.

I was sent the wrong product, I sent multiple emails no response and customer service never answer the phone. This is very surprising to me, I have know about this company and there products for over 20 years. I never would have thought this would have happened. Never again !!

Returned an item shortly after receiving it, after realizing I no longer needed it. Called customer service to setup a refund, got in touch with someone and they sent the return label and I shipped the item back. Nearly 2 months later and I have yet to receive my refund, and now it appears as though they’re incapable of answering phone calls or emails. Heed the warnings of this and other reviews and do not buy from this company.
