Clothes are nice but poor customer service. 4 people there, one asked if I needed anything and before I could finish interrupted and said “okay great let me know” before walking away. They were more interested in talking amongst themselves. I was in the changing room after that and they asked if anyone was in the room and began opening the curtain immediately. They stopped right before fully opening but it was ridiculous. I could’ve been unclothed. Clothes were comfortable but I didn’t like the interactions I had. I like to try clothes on before purchasing… glad I tried them on so I can order online and avoid the staff. I can go next door to Lululemon…

I have been a steady customer up until now. I purchased a shirt from one of their boutique retailers out of the country. I had an issue with the product quality after wearing it one time as the shirt shrunk atleast 25% in size after washing and hang drying.
I sent Vuori CS a note with description and picture of the issue. They nicely said to take it up with the retailer. I explained I purchased on vacation while out of the country and that this wouldn’t be possible and they apologized and essentially said I was SOL.
I get it that all products aren’t perfect but not standing behind your brand is a deal killer for me.
There won’t be a next time.

Ell was extremely helpful find what I needed. Was very nervous for my first date but she helped calm me down and gain the confidence to fulfill the date. I am happy to say I am doing a second date. All thanks to Ell.

I was visiting Salt Lake City and decided to do some shopping off of Main Street. I walked in to Vuori wanting to buy some items on my wish list. I walked out empty handed. I was completely ignored by all of the sales associates, however the lady who came in right after me was greeted and asked if she needed assistance. I hate to pull the race card, however I am not “white”, tall, or skinny & blonde. I am Latina and curvy. Not a good experience for me. Do better!

I went to Vuori and got a pair of leggings. The matching bra that went with it was not in my size in store so they said they ordered it online and would have it shipped out to me. Waited two weeks for it, and turns out, they never processed the order, and now the bra is out of stock. I called them and they told me to just call customer service which I called several times and went straight to a busy line. Now I don’t want the leggings because nothing to wear them with- and have to drive an hour and 15 minutes up to vuori to return the leggings. Losing money now on gas, and a cute outfit that I was excited about for several weeks that they messed up on. And don’t bother caring to fix it or make it right.

I’m not sure how the style where the draw cord comes out through the front started. I don’t like it, and I can’t see any decent reason for it. Just be aware that if you return items and no credit comes through on Vuori’s side so you file a dispute with your credit card. That this will hold up a real credit coming through for up to 100 days—I’m right in the middle of that. The clothes are very similar to lululemoon clothes.

Ridiculous!!! What the hell ever happened to good customer service???? Being prompt??? What a joke! Especially after just spending over $1000, just this month! I ordered a vest on Saturday, the girl had to call another location and order it, which I appreciated. (they were the one's who told me to go into the store and they can ship it from another store because the item was no longer available online.) She told me that it would be arriving in about 4-5 days because it's just coming from Vegas. Woohoo! I was super excited because I have tried to track this vest down forever and finally found my size. I was actually exchanging my Small for an Xsmall. So, haven't gotten any emails telling me it's shipped or anything. So, I called the store. I can't remember the guys name that I spoke with. But, he checked for me and said that he's not sure and that I can call the Vegas store. First off, I'm not going to go searching and sit on the phone forever when this was supposed to actually be here by now. So, I asked if he could do it because I was at work and he seemed very put out about this. I am sorry sir, that you guys haven't even shipped my order that I was told was being shipped Saturday and now you want me to call the Vegas store and figure out where my order is and the status? Then he said that he is off at 4 today, so he will call me before he's off. This was at 11:00. I'm sorry, but I have worked in customer service for over 20 years, and boy has it changed. How disappointing this is because we LOVE Vuori clothing. But, I will not be shopping in their stores anymore. I am so irritated at this whole situation. Such a joke. You'd think they're be a little more prompt since it's their mistake, right!?So, I waited for CONNOR to call me back and 2:15 rolls around, so I called to see if he had talked to them yet. SHe said that he hasn't gotten around to it yet. LOL!!!!! Seriously?!?! What exactley is your job there? I mean, sure isn't custoemr service. Somehow I knew, because of how put out Connor acted about having to figuring out their mistake, that he hadn't called on this. So, needless to say, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! Bailey, who I talked to when I called at 2:15, really lacked customer service too. Talked over me and cut me off to put me on hold and was just rude. Horrible experience witht his location and after reading their reviews, it seems like they have horrible customer service all around. Really disapointed that that is the only store in UTAH.More..... I called the Vegas store because I just decided I'd do it myself since it seems like that's the only way things get done at this location. When I called I spoke to a really nice woman and she took care of me and figured it out in less than 5 minutes. THANK YOU!!! That's how is should be.

I had the best experience at the Vuori SLC store. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service when I went in looking for a few specific items. Haley was exceptionally helpful and found everything I was looking for and suggested a few great things. Vuori is a great addition to City Creek and I’ll be frequenting this location.

This location is great. I went in to spend a gift card and Adam was extremely friendly and helpful. All in all there were 4 staff members there when I went in that day. Everyone of them spoke to me and were friendly. Love the clothes and love the store.
