Very customer service-oriented, much more so than the average pharmacy. Living in Sandy, I usually wouldn't go nearly this far out of my way just to go to a pharmacy, but they are worth the trip. They know me by sight, and they do as much as they possibly can to help in any given situation.

I used to think this was the best place for vaccines but not anymore. Me and my relative got a vaccine here a few weeks ago and the staff might have kept our insurance cards. We looked everywhere for the insurance cards and we called the pharmacy but they wouldn't help us. Cameron, the pharmacy manager was the last person who had our insurance cards, so we think they just kept our cards and didn't care. And to top all that off the pharmacy denied us the new covid vaccine and the employee Marci said in a snobby way " go to a doctor." They wouldn't find a way to bill the insurance for the vaccine. They wouldn't even recommend a different way to get the new covid vaccine.I guess they don't like regular customers.After this pharmacy might have kept our insurance cards, we won't trust them ever again.This pharmacy caused us alot of stress and hassle trying to get new insurance cards, which will take a few weeks.We won't be back. We've had enough!!Lazy employees. they don't care.

I vote here as Utah’s BEST sodie pop in town!! Trust me…… Really and truly!! Try it for yourself. And be sure to use a lime packet in your favorite concoction. That’s the magic ticket!! #Can’t stop.Won’t stop.

I have been picking my prescriptions from VRx for years. Overall they have great customer service. They are friendly and efficient! They've told me they have system that will notify me by email when my meds are ready for pickup, which would be fantastic, but it doesn't seem to work. If it did, it would be very beneficial rather than having to continue to call them. Maybe look into this? Thanks for your kindness!

The guy that always wear the blue masks and glasses got mad because he locked the door 5 mins early and had to unlock it for people to get in and out.. i don’t know why he’s even locking to door 5 mins early when people still need to use it!

Took 4 tries to get this pharmacy to receive my prescription. Of the needles and syringes I received, half of the needles were curved or bent, and the syringes all caught at the 1mL mark. Very disappointed

When I moved to Salt Lake City I talked with the good people at Vrx about various shots I was considering. They always had a positive attitude during our conversations. This business is on two floors with the pharmacy downstairs.

VRX is the only specialty pharmacy contracted with DMBA so this is the only place I can get my extremely expensive fertility meds. In October I ordered $4000 worth of medication, but they mailed me the wrong syringes. I didn't realize I had the wrong ones until the night I was supposed to start using them. I can't even describe how stressful that was. I ended up having to use a larger syringe that was less accurate and it was very frustrating considering the medication is so expensive and time sensitive. This month I ordered $6600 in medication and they charged me for all of it but only mailed me $1200 worth of meds. I called immediately after receiving the order and they seemed nonchalant about the fact that they forgot to mail $5000 worth of medication. Luckily I didn't need those meds right away and they overnighted the rest of the medication. If I hadn't done this process a few times I wouldn't have known what to look for or how much I needed and the consequences would have been horrifying. An IVF cycle that gets interrupted or cancelled can result in the loss of thousands of dollars. I understand that the medications and syringes are confusing (believe me!), but if patients are paying that much money it doesn't matter how nice you are on the phone, it needs to be correct.

This is the worst company I have ever tried to prior auth a medication with on my job. On hold 36 minutes and transferred everywhere. Got the right person who put me on hold for 24 minutes and never came back. What a joke!

I will no longer patron this establishment because I was denied service for not wearing a mask for a virus that is less deadly than the flu. You’ve permanently lost my business.
