The optometrist I saw was very helpful and explained everything to me and answered all my questions efficiently.The sales person was, also, especially helpful and kind. She took the time to give me her opinion and walked me through my bill at the end.It was a very pleasant experience. The only feedback I have was I was upsold on an imaging that from what I could tell, wasn't used and the store was VERY hot. I was very uncomfortable I saw the thermostat and it said it was 77 degrees in the store. However, when I mentioned it towards the end the sales person went and turned it down.I will absolutely be back next year for my exam and recommend it to my friends!

While the humans at this store were great, the phone system and complete lack of customer service is horrible which is why I can't recommend this store. I was never sent an email, text or call letting me know my order was ready. I must have called the number listed on my receipt a dozen times; I would enter my order number, payment number, bday, cell number, and the and the automated system couldn't find anything. I would try and say "customer service" or hit 0, but the recording just started asking me to enter my order number, cell number, etc. to find the order. And on and on it went in a cycle. There is NO WAY to talk to a human when calling them. Finally, I went into the store and when I brought this up to the women helping me, she said the phone system is their number one complaint. Uh, maybe time to fix it?

My experience here could not have been better! The optometrist was very knowledgeable and had the answers to all of my questions. He educated me on what I could do to keep my vision in good shape.The Optical Supervisor (sales rep), Kimberly Labastida, was very gracious and patient with me as she helped find the right glasses and sunglasses to match my tastes. She was well-versed in what size and shape would best fit my prescription and face. I spent way too long agonizing over what I wanted and she didn't give me any attitude! In fact, she seemed genuinely invested in my happiness with my purchase!VSP Insurance is accepted and if you're in-network prices are very reasonable. My prescription is pretty heavy so they had to order it from their lab, but shipping time was reasonable and the pickup process was easy!100 stars!!!

the staff was very friendly and answered most of my questions about contacts. the doctor even helped teach me how to put them in since i haven’t worn contacts in several years. i don’t think i’ve had a better experience at any optometrist

While the staff was friendly, this office does not seem to have systems in place that work.I called to order contacts and was told to come into the store. When I came into the store to order contacts I was told I should have ordered over the phone.While in the store the woman helping me was showing me someone else's paperwork with full name and medical information. A really unnecessary HIPPA violation and honestly a red flag.I came into the store WITH MY PRESCRIPTION IN MY HANDS and I was told I couldn't order anything bc my old provider HAD to fax it.So my old provider faxed my prescription and visionworks said this never happened. Then my old provider gave visionworks all of my information over the phone and vision works said this never happened. Then my old provider faxed my prescription a second time and vision works said this never happened.I was switching only for insurance reasons but this was way too complicated from the get-go. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

It's taken over four months to get a finalized prescription from here, I had to go physically in to the store so many times because no one would call me back, my chart was consistently either not updated or updated wrong. At this point, I'm rolling with an outdated prescription and waiting for my insurance to reset because I give up lol

The store was open, clean, well organized, and finding just what I needed was super easy. I purchased 2 pair, 1 regular and 1 for sunglasses. The price was excellent and made the purchase that much better. LOL Thank you!!

The staff were all super friendly and helpful! The doctor was knowledgeable and even explained things that I could do to help prevent further sun damage (something I’d rarely thought of worrying about before). Nicole was amazing at explaining my benefits and helping me find frames/lenses that fit in my budget and insurance requirements. The store was amazingly clean and organized and there were a TON of options of frames to choose from.

I always love coming in for my exams. The ladies who run the front on the floor are so helpful and funny and I love being there with them. The gal at the back doing our pre screening is amazing. Doctor, as always, makes the appointment fast and fun. Makes me wish I needed to come in more than once a year!

So far the worst experience I have ever had. The DR. Appt was fine but the glasses and contact side is horrible. The customer service is horrible. It's been over a month since my daughter was supposed to getb trial contacts. I called after 1 week and the said, "we'll call you when they are ready." Another week went by. I called again and the said nothing was even ordered and that they would place the order right then. Another week and I call again. No order on file and I have to go in again for final fitting even though there is nothing to fit. I am not happy.

Kimberly the absolute best. I have been wearing glasses most my life and I have never been treated so well. I felt so cared about and understood. Such personal and individualized care and concern to make sure I get it right.

I booked 2 appts online. One for me one be my son. We both were getting text messages about our upcoming appt but when i called to confirm(bcz i wasnt being an check in email for my son) they said his appt was next year. She said i do see it was booked and your getting the message for tomorrow but since there was a glitch we can't get your son in. I canceled mine and wepnt be rescheduling. Their mistake and was unwilling to make it right.
