I dropped my car off for a repair for a dent on my driver's sidw door and Benjamin told me it would be done in four days time. I called before I came in to make sure it was done and he had told me he had bought the wrong color paint and painted my car the wrong color . He told me to come back in another two days. I came back, this time, he told me the mechanical part for the window was broken because of the dent and that he would need $180 to order and install the part. Funny thing is, I got into that accident two months ago and it was working perfectly before I came in. He told me to come back in another day. Also, my spare dollars that I kept in my car were gone. He reimbursed me when I made a complaint. My mom came in with me at one point after being falsely told that my car would be done. They gave me an estimate on another day's work. I wasted time out of my schedule to first return my rental car thinking that I would have a car to finding out that my car wasn't even ready yet. I had to re-rent the car. My mom's car was parked on the side of the small, crowded parking lot when one of his delivery men honked at my mom to move her car. When she didn't get to it in time, the man lost patience and squeezed through an opening too narrow for him and side swiped the side of my mom's car leaving damage to her gas cover. When I did finally come back to pick my car up the next day, again, falsely told that it was done to waste my time driving out there again to find that it wasn't, I found that they had taken apart my other door because they didn't know how to put the door that they took apart back together. His daughter, who I'm sure isn't an automotive technician was smoking inside my car while working on my door. I didn't say anything, left and returned later that day, when they finally put my car back together. A day later, I was trying to unlock my doors for a passenger when I found out that the lock on the door they unnecessarily took apart wasn't working. Aside from all that, my driver's windshield had a dusty later of spray paint that is permanent and can't be washed off.

Horrible don't buy cars from here they rip you off and are no help all the cars are broken or will break. Even worse are the employees especially the old man Benjamin he doesn't know how to do jobs they take him months just to paint a car he doesn't even have a paint booth and uses used parts he can't even do a receipt I bet he's not licensed either I always catch him drinking there too they need to shut this place down

I have a loan here and have called 25 times in the last 3-4 months with no answer and no way to contact them. I just called again this morning and it goes to a FULL mailbox. I just figured out my own payoff last month and dont even know if it correct, or when (IF) I'll get the title. HOW DO YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM!!!!

The place is open again. I see no reviews on the internet for this place. I am a college student going there tomorrow to find a cheap reliable car. I will report back on what happened.. Only reported "good" so far because I have not even been there yet. The man in charge sounded nice when I talked to him today on the phone.
