The agent was courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the phone I was buying, he helped me to made easy the transfer of my old phone data to my new one.
Very helpful guiding me to the best option according to my budget.
I am really grateful for having this one of a kind customer service.

I had an appointment and waited 30 minutes. My appointment was never honored and I was told it was first come first serve. What's the point of making an appointment then? That's rude. Wont be coming back to this store.

Terrible company. Victra costs significantly more money than shopping through Verizon online. They lie and say you have to buy their accessory bundle, and fire employees that don't push that policy.

My husband and I went in today to upgrade his phone and Caleb helped us and he was so nice and helpful I wanted to leave a review and I hate reviews! From the moment we walked in we could see how attentive and nice he was with the family he was working with. Patient, kind- multitasking like a champ. We left very happy customers and I’m positive it was all thanks to Caleb and his knowledge and efficiency and just kind demeanor.

I was having issues with my SIM card and stopped by and had help from Tristan. He was amazing and was able to set me up with an eSIM and fix my problem! It was a very quick process and we just chatted about life, he was super friendly and professional. I will 100% be coming back to see him next time I have an issue.

Do not go to this not direct verizon retailer. They have no idea when they get orders from verizon . You call them and they make you wait and never answer back . I had to cancel my verizon order because they didn’t know about it .
