VOS sent Majid to repair our copier about a month ago. He was professional and friendly, and he gave us an honest evaluation of the issues causing our copier to fail. Majid had the new parts installed quickly and took the time to clean and service the machine. I appreciate that he took the time to explain some steps we could take to extend the life of our printer and avoid repairs in the future. I will most certainly contact VOS again should I need additional service in the future, and would encourage anyone who needs their machines repaired or serviced to do the same.
