The facility was little dirty. The option buttons were warn out so they were hard to read. The vacuum just swallowed my quarters and never started maybe broken. Improvement needed.

went there to see if i could charge my phone he said yes got a chance to walk around and remembered my sons ac wasn’t blowing cold they’re very helpful and got the amount to fill it correctly without having to buy anything extra

Vaccum sucks. Not enough power to pick up dog hair. Vending machine also sucks. It took my money and did not vend the item i paid for. Better options for less.

Stopped here because it was convenient and it was a terrible experience, it is run down, the hose was leaking, the hose you put the sprayer was well beyond bad and just dumps the water everywhere, the pressure wasn’t much better than a shower and to top it off the rinse never stopped putting soap on my car so I had no choice but to leave with soap on my car. The only reason I didn’t give it 1 star was the fact that the vacuum is only 50 cents to start and the foam brush was great and put out plenty of foam.

Used my card and it doesn’t say that it’s going to automatically charge you $10. It just tells you to hit the stop button when you’re done but it doesn’t stop it charges you $10 and there’s no way to get that back.

Great place to wash your car, the self serve is awesome and has horsehair brushes, not plastic. I always spray out the brushes before I use them because often, people will use the brushes on their wheels and muddy stuff. Just the type of customer you may see here, not the carwashes' fault.The automated car wash is ok, it's cheap but for the price I still expect my car be actually washed, I once left the wash with perfect streaks on the side of my car because of the aim of the jets not overlapping well?There are better car washes, and there are cheaper car washes; there's not a better value in Salt Lake City.
