Customer service and product was awful!!! Received the windshield with a white protective film on it so I couldn't inspect the clarity of glass. I Took off the protective film and the whole seam had melted bubbles across the seam the size of your thumb. Contacted customer service and they basically told me to pound sand. If the protective coating is removed it can't be warranted or refunded. What? Please put a clear protective film on it so the customer can see if anything major is wrong like this. I tried everything to get a replacement or a refund and couldn't get a refund. They did say send it back for inspection and if approved they would provide refund. But, right after that they noted, no refund unless protective film is on product and the only approved warranty is if the glass is yellow. Amazon was no help. I didn't want to send it back then they would have my money and the windshield. Do not buy this windshield or anything this company sells. I also tried everything before I wrote this review for them to make it right. Stay away!!

Stay away , don't buy anything from them!! Angelina is awful. I purchased a windshield from them and when it arrived it had a white protective film on it. When I removed the film it had big bubbles across the whole seam the size of your thumb. I called and sent pictures to them and they said once the film is removed you void warranty and can't receive replacement or refund. My comment was, put a clear protective film on it like a ipad or any other device to protect it so the customer can see a defect? I tried everything to get a replacement or refund without writing a bad review. They took my money and gave me a defective product. Funny thing after reading reviews after the fact, Angelina told me we sold thousand of windshield with no problem, its only you with this problem and it normal and not a manufacturing defect. This is the same line she has used with other one star reviews.

Very disappointed with UTV windshields and accessories. I sent an email to them and AngeLina responded about if the 2015-2021 tilting windshield would fit a 2023 Ranger 570 sp crew windshield. She responded assuring me that it would fit. I ordered the windshield and got a response to take a measurement with picture to the lowest point of the roof for clearance. I gave them that measurement. I received the windshield faster than expected. Fitting the new windshield on and it was too tall hitting the roof. Also the dash brackets didn't line up with the installation instructions. They told me to install the windshield and fully compress the gasket on the bottom and send a picture so I did. It was still too tall. I asked to return the windshield and if they would pay for shipping since none of this was my fault. They basically cut it 5/8" taller than the measurement I gave them. They sent me more pictures on where to take measurements from and at this point I was done. I already spent way too much money for what this "custom windshield" was worth. They wasted both of our time when they could have easily just replied in the initial email that it won't fit. I was stuck with paying $42 to ship it back to them. If your considering doing business with this company I would say don't waste your time.

Received windshield for my Coleman sidexside today, the lower portion of windshield did not conform with my body style. Contacted them, sent a couple of picture that showed it didn't fit. Sent it back at my expense, always thought not my fault, company should pay return shipping, not a good way to conduct business

I ordered my windsheild for a 2022 Wolverine i measured where they told to measure when i received the product it wouldnt fit but somehow it was my fault imagine that i had to send it back on my expence $81 then they said it was damaged they only refunded me half but thats ok i ordered one from super atv and it fit the first time not worththe hassel and the product didnt seem to be a good product at all stay awawy from it .

poor customer service thanks to angelena and owner. received windshield and after placing the half windshield on a 2022 kawasaki mule pro mx and putting the bracket wraps on it was noted the bolts were too short to attach the locking washer and nut. hence unable to secure the windshield to the roll bar. first contact was via telephone conversation with angelena and advised that the bolts were a 1/4" too short, unable to put on lock washer & bolt. she requested photos. sent email with photos, i did not request additional parts or return of product. angelena response to email "you have to pinch the bracket down". guess she didn't notice in the photos the bracket was being pinched. then we went back and forth about pinching, really. then the kicker, angelena quoted "these are the same bolts we have sent with thousands of other orders with no problem". can't say if that's the issue, but "this was a "2022" and may be they just haven't upgraded their install parts. lost patience with angelena, and asked to speak with the owner, bryan buchi. response was: "the protocols for the owner to respond directional is to see a picture". again, wasn't asking for additional parts or refund, just to advise their needing to update the bolt (from 3/4 to 1") on install to a 2022 kawasaki mule pro mx. so end of story, went to local hardware store and purchased 1" bolt and install was completed. moral of story for terra rider utv windshields, listen to customer, especially when you plead "we're a family run business" and yes, i will no longer do business with terra rider utv windshields. too argumentative and condescending.

they sent the wrong windshield even though we gave them exact model and measurements. The size they sent was wrong and also the shape of the bottom was wrong. Sent it back with protective film intact and in same box they sent it in and had to pay for shipping ourselves. They only refunded half the money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Had to order a custom windshield due to aftermarket cage and roof. They were very attentive, and walked through a double check to insure accurate sizing. Received quickly, installed easily, so far so good. Would recommend and order again.

RUN!! They advertise "high quality" windshields. Well, that is a total lie! Received our full windshield and first impression was "cheap", and installed it exactly how the video shows. In the "secured down position", the first time out in only about 2 blocks at a slower speed, the windshield flew up and came thru the frame and into the SXS. Veeeery great people and product. I ordered 2 by mistake , for my 2021 Teryx. Bryan took care of that first thing in the morning. It was delivered and installed today. Fit perfectly. You folks bashing him for non fit? It's probably your fault. Learn to read a tape. Installation video is very well done.

I want to share my experience with Terra Rider UTV windshields. It started on April 14, 2021. One of my side-by-side groups recommended Terra Rider UTV windshields for a custom windshield. I contacted the company and spoke with a representative, Angelena about purchasing a custom windshield for my SXS. Angelena assured me that there would be no problems because they know what they are doing as long as I supplied certain dimensions per their guidelines. The company supplied me with “how to measure” photos. I measured my SXS using their guidelines and sent the company detailed measurements & photos. I communicated with Angelena by email and phone. She once again assured me they knew what they were doing. On April 24th I sent the company my order for a custom windshield per their guidelines. I received my custom windshield on April 29th and I thought “that’s great I received my order so fast”. After opening the package I noticed it looked too big so I dry fitted it on my SXS. It was 2” too big per MY specifications that I sent the company. Again, I sent detailed photos to Angelena to show them the CUSTOM windshield was too large and not to MY specifications that I originally sent them. After numerous emails, the company told me it was my fault. I requested to speak to the owner Bryan Buchi to explain the situation. After several requests, he finally returned my call. I explained the issue, where his company did not follow my measurements, he refused to listen, and continuously spoke over me and kept saying it was my fault and I had to pay to return it back to his company for them to correct the issue. After speaking to him for 25 minutes, he refused to take any responsibility for the incorrect product. Even though I repeatedly requested for him to look at my email and photos with the measurements that I supplied. He told me he did not have time to look at my emails that he knew what he was doing. Bryan did offer to send me instructions on how to correct it myself. He does not stand behind his product or care about his customers!! I should not have to fix this issue myself. He told me that he is the only person who does custom windshields and basically I would have to deal with it. What kind of customer service is this?? So I had to pay to ship it back and once again had to give them the dimensions to follow to correct the issue. I finally received my correct windshield today May 16th. Once I removed the protective coating, it’s not returnable. Over the windshield there were cut marks and die marks from where it was formed so now I am stuck with this marked up windshield!!. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this company. I should have paid more attention to all the bad reviews on his website.
