Had trouble looking from my ID. Had my Carry Concealed. He explained every business different. Understandable. Found my ID and he made a smart as remark saying it’s right we it’s at and that’s why I asked for it. Then the attendant said I gave stink eye which I did not and customers were in line, some which were laughing. This attendant sounded like a chill smart ass. Not cool. Do better.

Guy said the vape he sold me would fit a 2 g cart and it does not. But the warranty is only for 24 hours. So I'm screwed for this funeral, thanks

Been good other than when your givin a faulty disposable vape then your treated like a scammer an then what set it off what paying 20$ for a set of coils an I gave my vape that I purchased from this location an yet was still givin the wrong thing an they can't do anything about it but there the ones who screwed it all up I stated id be taking my future business elsewhere an yet no cares lucky for me there competitor Alternatives vape store came in clutch sadly the one I don't take all my business too but will from here on out an id suggest y'all do the same
Nord 5 an received rpm coil mesh 0.4 5pc me an my fiance opened one at the same time tried it an realized Ive been sold this improper item I requested from their employee id take the hit if I got it for myself but I didnt went to alternatives vape store down 6200s an received the items I requested and paid for the smok rpm 3 coil 0.23 like how it should have been the first go around thanks Utah smoke an vape for not only waisting my time but also the money I work hard for away from my family then it takes more time to come back to try to get it resolved but y'all seemed to care less but expect it in return from your customers when they think about how you have treated them

Wanna know how these guys turned me from a customer into a loyal family member for life?!? Would you??? Let me give a huge huge shout out to these boys over here at Utah smoke and vape shop!!! After my favorite juice was out of stock, each time I came in, month after month, my ultimate flavor: Berry Dweebs, OUT :( I tried other flavors, and none hit the spot like my Dweebs (Dweebs gives a similar kick like the candy: Sweet Tarts). Nothing gave me the sweet sensation my taste buds craved!
Fast forward three months of bland vaping and flavors that even your dog won’t smoke, and somehow, after a visit to their warehouse, somebody found a few bottles hidden behind the shelves after cleaning and restocking… went ahead and pocketed these flavored juices of mine, along with another customer of theirs, and instead of just throwing them away, brought them all the way back to the shop and hit them away so that when I came in, and the other customer came in, I would be able to have them, exclusively off myself. I will always go here and take care of me every time. I will never go anywhere else. I love you guys!

I always shop here because of the great service. But today I got treated pretty badly. I walked in 1 minute before opening and the door went was open and got chewed out. His exact words; Ma'am it is eight fifty nine with a big attitude. So I said excuse me and walked out. I gave three stars when I wanted to give one cause of the service I received in the past.

Gage and Mikey Took care of me and provide an amazing service for the Utah shop smoke and vape shop. They went above and beyond explained to me in regards to the point and how much I can save thank you again to these guys for a great customer service since I don’t have that much these days.
