We bought a mattress here last year after visiting several other stores. They have an excellent selection and great customer service. We will be going to Utah Rustic Furniture for all of our mattress needs in the future.

I was looking for a replacement remote control for a twenty-year-old adjustable bed. The manufacturer's website was totally unhelpful. I found Bradley's on-line ( I live 1800 miles away) and decided to take a chance. The remote is no longer made, but Matt at Bradley's Furniture was very helpful and figured out how to solve the problem. Bradley's was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, honest and very fair on pricing. I was very pleased with the experience.

I'm so happy with the service, the product, and the pairing instructions. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has a dog that actually took the remote control for my bed. I looked everywhere. I suspect it's buried somewhere in my back yard. I received my remote control in record time. I did find my glasses he chewed up and destroyed. I'm sure if I ever find it, it too will be in bad shape. I put in a couple batteries, and crawled under my bed as the control unit was attached to the base. There was no way I could have removed the mattress by myself. I followed the instructions, and just like that, it worked!!!!!! Thank you so much!

Excellent products and service! My remote for my adjustable bed died and they don't make them anymore. They made for me a custom control box with plug in cables and a new paired remote. The installation was easy and now my bed works great!!! It saved me from having to buy a new adjustable base that would have been extremely expensive. Thanks for saving the day! I also called and talked to Matt about what I needed to order in the beginning and he helped me find specifically what I needed for my bed. I cannot thank them enough! Highly recommend this store!

They sent my replacement remote by priority mail! I expected to wait two weeks. There was a sheet of directions that were very clear for how to resync it with the bed power pack. I was delighted.

I highly recommend Salt Lake Mattress and specifically Matt Downs. After loosing the remote for my adjustable bed, I contacted Salt Lake Mattress for help. Matt provided excellent service, he went above and beyond to research what I really needed, not what Amazon suggested for the replacement remote. He even sent it 3 day shipping and provided instructions on syncing it to the bed frame. Worked like a charm.Thanks Matt

Offered to refund me the full amount, less shipping, for a remote I ordered and ended up not needing. If you need to return anything, do not lose your tracking no. as they try to tell me they never received my package. Luckily I found my shipping receipt and my refund was immediate.

I walked in here and no one greeted me or helped me. After making a complaint from a stand point of how I felt (based off how I’m usually treated) when entering stores, the manager commented and explained how they like to operate differently then what’s most common. My apologies for my comment, and thank you for your explanation. I think it’s a great idea to begin greeting each and every person that takes the time to come inside. It’s welcoming, and it let that person know your there. A simple “ Hi, welcome. If you need anything just ask.”

I needed a part for an electric base I purchased. I found it here at a reasonable price. I wasn't sure it was the correct one so I called and got a PERSON! Very nice. Understood my issue. Assured me it was correct and offered free return shopping if he was wrong. I called back with a shipping question. I got the SAME PERSON. He upgraded my shipping at no charge (it wasn't a requirement from me - he offered). Item arrived quickly and was correct. It's nice to deal with PEOPLE and not chats. Extra nice to get the same person who remembers speaking with you!!

My mom has had a 5 level spinal fusion and recently 2 compression fractures in her thoracic spine. She ordered a bed frame that raises up and down and it came, but the power cord was damaged. After the fiasco of trying to get a new cord ordered, the company sent her another one, but it was the wrong part. After being told the power cord was on backorder until May, I decided I would take matters into my own hands and try to find her a compatible power cord. I came across Bradley Furniture on Amazon and texted Matt for help. He had the part in the mail to me and it arrived 2 days later. He gave me free priority mail shipping. I am SO thankful for this company!!

I Accidentally dropped my Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed remote in trash and lost it. Spent an hour on the phone with Tempur-Pedic and I was told they no longer made my remote. Found Utah Rustic on Google and within 5 minutes found it and ordered it with Matt's help. I have Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis in my spine and Lupus. Lying flat hurts a great deal. They upgraded my shipping and I got it today. Do not hesitate! Shop with them. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Gentleman ? ? ☺ ?
