I placed an order for a flag which was in stock on 11/28. I didn’t get a notification that it was shipped until 12/14! There was no tracking info. Today 12/19 I called when they opened to ask about my order. I was told it had been transferred to FedEx and was their deal. When I asked for tracking they said it was in the email. When I confirmed was not, the guy sighed and said he would find the tracking and email it to me. I still haven’t seen the tracking. This is absolutely ridiculous that purchasing an in stock item would take over 2 weeks to ship and a week after shipping they still can’t provide tracking, but they could sure take my money.

My last two orders online have been canceled because they we were out of stock, the last one was on our employee appreciation day so basically I didn't get my merchandise or my discount.

Wasn't informed of my order being changed and items being cancelled until I only received one item and it was noted on the receipt. Pretty frustrated. And shipping cost more than the item itself so that's super cool.

They never have an accurate quantity of inventory, so they usually have to cancel after they contact you and state that they do not have the quantity to fulfill your order. I ordered shirts in a men's size Large and received a women's large instead. I did not check whether or not the size was in men's or women's because I figured that no one would be that incompetent or careless when filling an order, but I was wrong.I tucked them away until recently and contacted the store alerting them of the situation and their response was that the transaction was outside the 30 day window. If it were my business, I would make things right with the customer or try to find an amicable solution instead of telling them to F off, especially a repeat customer.If you do order anything from this store, please make sure to check not only the size, but the gender as well. AS a Utes fan, I would really rather give them a 5 star rating, but this is the most honest feedback I can give.

Horrible service. Totally unacceptable delay with no communication nor refund. Rose Bowl clothing shipping a week AFTER the Rose Bowl? Really? What good is the Rose Bowl clothing after I'm home from the game? I'll never buy from them again unless in-person.
