They replaced a window on my 2016 F150 and the next time it rained, it leaked through and ruined onto my center console. They did repair the issue, but the fact that it was missed the 1st time was incredibly frustrating.

They are acquiring alot of companies and this means they have delays in phones and many messages unanswered. They were scheduled to install 4x. First glass lost, 2nd it was broken, 3rd was the wrong size. Finally success last week. Donnie the installer and his helped Steve were efficient and meticulous. 3.5 months to replace a tempered slide glass door is a long wait during summer when u want to use the side porch! They finally used local supplier and had correct one in 2 weeks.

I Delivered a Load in 53' Van the Dock Is bad, 60 Years ok then don't be cheap just fix the Dock I guess you have made enough money out of this Wearhouse. Have a Beautiful day.

My girlfriend called for a window repair quote just now only to be hounded by a guy on the phone practically yelling at her to measure the glass-to-glass dimension. She let him know we couldn’t because the unit was still inside the vinyl frame. Poor customer service, we’ll take our business elsewhere to someone who actually wants to help. Minus five stars!
