Carrier lied about being unable to deliver my package. Home all day working outside when message pops up unable to deliver. No one answers phones at facility

I tried to get my address change and the key for my new build house it’s been over 20 days nobody is helping me it’s so disappointing place.

There needs to be a package drop off box or letter box inside the terminal so you can mail things that are rejected by TSA. Seems like an obvious service opportunity. Other delivery companies should investigate it as well.
