I go in there to pick up packages for my roommate all the time. On this particular day an employee that has given me packages in the past now said that the person themselves have to go down there with their ID. She cannot give me a package that has someone else's name on it even though he's my partner and we live at the same address and she's done it before. That is the definition of a bureaucracy and a definition of the post office ruin as many people's day as you can before you punch out.

We've had 2 packages returned to sender from these idiots. There is a name and a unit number for the apartment in which I'm renting out and they claim that it is vacant... Is there a lawyer or something we can contact to file a legal complaint against these people? They clearly don't know how to read packaging labels.

I will never go into that post office again, rudest employee I’ve ever spoken to. Needed one piece of tape and she made me buy a whole roll. Even though she was literally surrounded by six different roles of packing tape Every other post office I’ve ever been to or UPS or FedEx.If she wonders why, she loses her job because the post office goes out of business, she just needs to look in the mirror.

I had a package that was not delivered when it said it was delivered. The postmaster personally called me and was able to find my package.

I hate this post office so much that i refuse to order anything online that uses USPS! the driver never delivers my packages on the weekend because he claims my company is closed which is false we have a large mailbox outside for a reason ..and to make it worse when i go into the post office to retrieve my package they say "the driver still has it" os if the driver has my package why not deliver it ?
