I needed help with a special request, the timing of which was very important to me. Mckaylee took ownership of my problem, made a phone call to another station, secured a commitment from the person on the other end, and made me feel like I was the most important person in her day. I was ecstatic! She is a sure-fire winner!

Don’t pay for overnight email because they are going to steal your money! I try to get my refund ones and they say I can’t because I need to wait a little bit more and I come just now and they say I come to late so now is my fault pay for overnight they don’t do the services and now I can’t get the refund! That is crazy and I feel very upset

Our mail carrier is usually very very good, however lately it appears she hasn’t been delivering items that require signatures. Always always someone home so I’m not sure why?

I love coming to this post office! All the employees are nice and helpful. I usually see Bill and he is always so happy and kind.

So there’s this guy that works in here named Bill. I wore a shirt with something inappropriate on the front the last time I was in here which I’m allowed to do. I’m an adult. I came in here today to drop off some packages only to be belittled by this man for him to just be so petty and rude. I was just trying to put some packages in the mailbox and he had the audacity to talk to me like I was wasting his time. If you don’t like my shirt dude that’s on you. you don’t have to treat me like I’m any less than you. If you hate customer service so much, maybe you should’ve retired when your time was up half a century ago.

Not sure his title but Aaron on the customer service side of things or that helps with parcel lockers is great, so helpful and got my broke locker fixed and my packages that were stuck in there out the day after he said he got a ticket in for it. Thank you!

The fact that my package can get there yesterday but I can't pick it up, combined with it opening so late at 9 am, only making it open during work hours, is this places downfall. My routes delivery driver though is amazing, hes extremely helpful and he should be paid more.

Would give zero stars if I could. I have had so many delivery issues with this post office. The delivery guys leave mail in wrong mailbox weekly. I get things I ordered sent to USPS and know that there will be problems. Cmon if job is too hard then get another one not so complicated and as far as USPS in general we don't need this horrible service anymore.
