Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at USPS, but what made me write a review was Lyada (Lyuda?), the seemingly Russian woman who’s so unnecessarily condescending and rude…however, I did want to write in her defense that perhaps in her native country that’s the cultural norm and she doesn’t know better because she genuinely thinks it’s acceptable in the USA…maybe we’re too sensitive? It could be that she’s racist too—I don’t know, but we have to give her the benefit of the doubt because Russia is a different world. She might be a nice lady that just needs training to identify and resolve this problem.

I can promise you guys that nobody at this post office knows what they are doing, it’s sooo frustrating! First when I moved into my new apartment, my apartment manager said that all we do is pick up my mail key at the post office with my ID and lease agreement…. When I got to the post office to get my key they said it would be ready in 10 days. I caught the mail lady at my mailbox to ask if she could get me my mail since I was told it wouldn’t be ready for 10 days, she told me I had to pick up my key from the post office. I gave her the run down of what I was told by a previous employee and she said no that my key was Infact ready for pick up… I went back to the post office got my key opened my mail box got my mail, then 3 days later went back to my mailbox and the key no longer worked… I went back to the post office and they told me that I could come back next week to pick my mail up until my key/mailbox was fixed…… I don’t understand why it’s so hard for me to just get my mail, I’ve never run into this problem ever smdh! Also all the employees here act like they hate their job and are rude it was giving the mail room from off the elf with Will Farrell lol ?

I have mail man won't delivery mail packages get held, manger and postal manager do not know there job very rude and ignorant. I went there , 5th time mail being held I talked to a very pleasant and understanding postal worker her manager and postal manager could take lessons from her she helped understood what was going on and did not throw a fit like the other two want be manager made my day the other two should have more training

I am a supporter of the post office but not this location. The gal behind the counter is extremely unhelpful and seems to have an attitude about everything. I ship stuff on a regular basis and had a package a certain way that has never had issues and she proceeded to make me feel dumb and was somewhat hostile towards me. Go to literally any other post office. I guarantee they’ll be nicer

I went this morning and the lady behind the counter was so rude. She made me feel so dumb and was yelling at me across the counter. I understand that I’m not a regular at the post office, but I was polite and respectful, and all I got back was condescending responses. Everyone in line was shocked on how I was treated. I’m definitely driving the extra 15min to another post office next time.

Constantly gets my packages that do not go to this area. Takes them 3 days to figure it out or me going in person to get it fixed. And it is only with packages coming from the west coast. Not a problem with packages coming from the east coast.

There is a reason for the rating of 2.7. A male staff member shamelessly told me that he could not deliver because it was in a ghetto. As a postal worker, he was very shameless and should not have been given this job.

I had a great experience at this post office. Derek helped me with my postal questions, and my packages were received as stated on my receipt. It's a smaller post office, and many priority mail supplies were unavailable.
