What's not to love about the volunteer-staffed USOs at airports? They are a little retreat for those who wear, or have worn, the uniform. A reminder that civilians support us and veterans continue to pay it forward through volunteer time. I'll definitely do it someday when I retire.

A humble, quaint USO that is easily accessible once you get through security. That NEVER happens! Usually, I feel like you have to go to the other end of the world (as a colleague once says, "walk 16 years") to find the airport USO. This USO was small but had all the basic amenities such as snacks, drinks, and lounge chairs. They were nicely decorated with Christmas ornaments and even had some fun Christmas music playing on the TV. I'm happy with my stay here. It was very comfortable and relaxing while I waited for my flight. By the way, if you are trying to access the USO, it will look like you've made the wrong turn. As long as you follow the USO sign, just take the back elevator to the 3rd floor and you will be all set for snacks and relaxation!

THIS is a REALLY NICE USO!!!There are couches and chairs to relax and unwind. There is a large desk with free computers. There are plenty of charging stations for your phone. There are bean bag chairs for napping. The are a few activity books for kids, a big TV and free snacks. They have soda, water, chips, cookies... not a lot but a nice selection. This USO is located in the "A"Concourse, across from Panda and Shake Shack, near the Johnston &Murphy store. Go down the corridor, take the elevator, one floor up.You must have an "Active Duty ID" to enter! Your ID must be current and not expired. Anyone with you, must have a current military ID too.

11/15/23 arrived and signed up in Utah Airport for the first time. We had apple sauce cup, and 2 snacks plus coffee. Our experience is very good. This is my sister's first time to sign in here too before she flies to Okinawa Japan.

Don't support this uso, they are only interested in you if you are 100% disabled or active duty. If you are less than one hundred percent disabled no matter what that looks like, they don't want you. This is a huge waste of tax dollars.

Great place for military families to relax from the hustle of the airport. This is a small USO but efficient. Easy check in, with a large TV, and your typical snacks and drinks while you wait. Please donate even if your just passing thru. The volunteer staff members are excellent and kindness matters!

This USO is fabulous!!!? There are yummy snacks and drinks. This is a nice place to relax. And there are friendly, helpful volunteers. USO is located past security, Concourse A, across from the food court where Panda and Shake Shack are located. There is a USO sign, it is easy to find. It is open 8am- 8pm.

This review is for the USO not the volunteers. I used the USO as active duty plenty of times with no issues. But now as a veteran I can’t be accepted unless I am 100% disabled ? 90% and I’m slum. Doesn’t matter what you did for this country after you get out I guess

I’m very displeased with the rules. 100% disabled (service Connected) but was told …on Memorial Day that I don’t qualify to use the facility. I was told Active duty or retired only. I guess my injuries during the Iraq war and Operation Enduring Freedom do not qualify me for USO use.The military is the only reason this place exists. Shame on you for not supporting prior service members like me!
