I’ve banked at this branch for 20-+ years because it has been a great experience. The bankers are always helpful and treat me like an individual. As a result my kids have banked there too for 10+ years.

I'm not a member of U.S. Bank and never will be after today. I needed a document notarized and went into the location next to my work. The lobby was completely void of customers and only two employees present. After chatting with the representative and providing my ID, I was asked if i was a member. The bank policy is not to provide notarization services to anyone who is not a member. What a horrible and elitist policy in my opinion. I drove to my credit union, who assisted me without even asking if i was a member. The little things can make a huge impression.

Incompetent bankers. Didn’t even give me a notice they were shutting down my account . Apparently I was getting service charges on a closed account. Worse then Wells Fargo

US bank is the absolute worst. Every time I cash a check from them they make me build a profile. I don't know what that means but it always takes a minimum of 20 minutes. They make me provide my job and social security. I just want to cash a small check but they make it seem like I'm an enemy of the state or something.

At the beginning of the year I separated from my husband. I had to change banks and I went to US bank. Divorces are never fun, because of that, I have to work 2 jobs. Since then, I have been a victim of fraud and yes, I have use more money that I actually had in my account and that had cost me $36.00 in over draft fees. Now, they help me with some of fraud overdraft fees $576.00 But there was a negative balance of less than $20.00 and it seems that US Bank can charge up to 4 overdraft fees a day!!! So I went back up to -$400.+! Since January 2017 until now, I have paid US Bank $2,592.00 in overdraft fees!! Is this legal??? I feel I am in a bottomless hole with US Bank. They pretend to help a little but not covering all the overdraft fees, so tomorrow they will charge me that money they " help with" and then some. :(. Run!!
