Waiting in drive through for 15 minutes while no one in the bank lobby and 2 tellers acting like they are busy .Several people drove off.

Employees cant show up on time. Lobby not open at 9 am due to there not being two employees on site. What a joke. Then once the second employee finally shows up neither one of them could open the vault. Total incompetence!!!

Mr. Jordan Frkovich, an excellent manager at US Bank, met all my expectations during my recent visit to open a new account there. I haven't had a better experience at any bank in the area where I hold accounts for a long time. The entire US Bank team was courteous, pleasant, and compassionate, and they provided outstanding customer service. It was a pleasant surprise to be served within 15 minutes, even though the bank was closing in 30 minutes. He ensured that my account was open and that all my obligations have been met. US Bank is fortunate to have him as a great asset. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Nothing more than a circus full of incompetent clowns.I applied for a home equity loan online, didn’t get contacted by a human being for an entire week, I called three people and left voicemails and never heard back from any one of them, finally reached out to a Scott Stodard who told me that he would assign the loan app to someone locally and never heard back from either.US Bank is a complete failure, and a pathetic excuse for a financial institution.

I had an appointment then waited for about 15 mins with several others in line. One of the tellers left because his shift was over even though there was a line of 3 waiting. The branch manager was just relaxing in his office. Terrible customer service! Didn't even resolve my concern
