The ATM was broken so I went inside to withdraw some money. There were two people already being helped by the 2 tellers, so I waited in line, with no one ahead if me. Another teller arrives to help someone in their car. When the 3rd teller finishes helping the car, she calls to someone in line behind me and helps them, completely ignoring me. Then when another teller finishes helping one if the people that was there when I arrived, they also call someone behind me up to the front; it wasn't until a different teller, who was still busy helping out a different client, pointed out that I was waiting that they finally let me go up and do my simple transaction. Thank you to the one, singular bank teller for noticing me. I don't remember her 1st name but last name is Ghandian; she really helped me out. She made me feel seen after her other 2 coworkers ignored me. Thank you Ghandian!

They put a hard inquiry on my credit report for an application they claimed I filled out. They refused to tell me what kind of application I filled out and refused to remove the hard inquiry. I never had any business with US Bank and never will. Funny but sad thing is that my wife had the exact same situation and when she contacted US bank, they apologized and requested the removal of the hard inquiry on her report. Immediately. The only difference between me and my wife is that she has an American last name and I have a foreign one. It might be a good reason to have two different decisions in two exact same cases.

The credit card application can be approved or denied based on ethnicity.

I like USBank in general, but pick a different branch. Went in to apply for a joint credit card because for whatever reason we couldn’t do it online.. assured from the representative that she was submitting the correct paperwork. Turns out she of course sends the wrong paperwork. Long story short it’s been 2 months and i’ve had 3 hard credit checks and had to call many times and it’s still not fully resolved. Representative told us we would both have access and could start using the card in 48hrs ?GM is ok though, but getter better people to run the branch

Nothing more than a circus full of incompetent clowns. I applied for a home equity loan online, didn’t get contacted by a human being for an entire week, I called three people and left voicemails and never heard back from any one of them, finally reached out to a Scott Stodard who told me that he would assign the loan app to someone locally and never heard back from either. US Bank is a complete failure, and a pathetic excuse for a financial institution.

It takes US Bank 50 days to fund a home equity loan. My credit union took a week. Spoke to a Scott Stoddard who was anything but helpful after my loan application was assigned to a loan officer who was on vacation for a few weeks. Lol. Zero urgency with these folks, it's pathetic. 50 days is way too long to fund a loan. Now I'll wait for the copy and paste response from the "manager".

Literally the slowest tellers. They will let you wait forever while the system is down and they don't let you know. They have one teller working at any given time and it's just not feasible for a downtown branch. Beyond ridiculous. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Worst bank I've ever had. Every time I went in I was treated like garbage by the branch manager. My first experience there was opening my account and that went horribly because the branch manager immediately put a hold on my account because he thought I was stealing someone's identity, even though I had everything I needed to open an account, AND AN ID WITH MY FACE ON IT. I had to go through 3 different US banks just to get access to the money I put in the account. Then I got robbed and my information got exposed about a week later. So I went in for help on that and the branch manager again treated me horribly. He gave me the wrong numbers for help wasting my time, just put a hold on my account instead of letting me get my last bit of money out of the account.

Easily and by far the worst branch I've used, please go to another US bank branch for service even if this is the closest. It has taken me months to get my new card and credit card number changes because the branch did not update my info as I requested several times, and now I will have to manually update every single one of my billings for a third time so that I don't get late fees.Edit: I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars after working with Erik at this branch, who has made my experience much better than before, thank you Erik!

While i was detained in Jail, they stolen the money from my account in a electronic way. When i got free i claimed to the USBANK staff that i was in jail, and i'd needed the stolen money refunded. I made the claim, they said NO and closed my account for having no any money.

US Bank acquired my mortgage and has repeatedly overcharged and found ways to take money from my accounts.USBank charges me for monthly late fees that were never in my mortgage contract.I had over $1,000 in backup money in my account that they constantly wittled down every month until I withdrew the remaining balance.Today they said I owed about $8,000 when the amount should have been under $4,000 for three months of denying my mortgage payments unless I paid their fines first.I also found out they have locked my account.Don’t do business with unscrupulous banks that steal from their clients!
