Such an amazing place. It's nice to know there's at least one place in SLC can still help our people and help us live healthier lives.

Going back to my Native Roots since I'm not in my native New Mexico. Enjoyed senior meeting! Met very kind people and look forward to attend again.

From Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake
The Urban Indian Center serves as a gathering place where people can participate in familiar Native American community activities such as pow wows and sweat, providing a comfort zone for those who are far away from home. Many American Indians and Alaska Natives live along the Wasatch Front, including tribes that are native to Utah such as the Ute, Paiute, Goshute, Shoshone and Navajo (Dine’). The UIC provides services that identify and educate our clients concerning preventive care, well-being, enjoyment and encouraging better overall health of life within the Native American community.
