I had an extremely disappointing experience at the UPS store today. I arrived 15 minutes before closing, and the employee who “helped” me, who whispered her name as Ciana or something similar, was incredibly rude from the start. She was visibly upset about having to work and immediately asked if my items were Amazon returns, rolling her eyes when I said they were.
When I presented seven boxes, each measuring 2x2 feet, she rudely stated that it was “common sense” they all needed to fit in one box to be returned. I pointed out that this requirement was not mentioned on the return label, to which she responded with a sarcastic “duh.”
When I told her she was being rude, she blatantly said she didn’t care and accused me of being “extremely rude” for coming in 15 minutes before closing. When I asked if she was still being paid to be there, her response was, “You know what, leave. I don’t want you in my store.”
Her behavior felt discriminatory as she pretended not to understand me and refused to repeat her name. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. If she hates her job and dealing with customers so much, she shouldn’t be working in customer service.
This was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope the management addresses this issue.

Great location and staff! Best UPS Store in Salt Lake, in my opinion. Pro-tip: 1 hour free parking in the parking garage just to the right of the store.

I like this store but 2$ to print a label seems a bit excessive. It‘s one sheet of paper… it‘s only free if it‘s explicitly a label-less return with QR code.

Low rating because of the location, there is no parking! Every time I try to go, there are always cars parked on the street, and I can’t park in the bus zone.

I blame corporate UPS. They can't issue refunds when they admit to messing up.The lack of funding and training led to my package not being sent for Saturday delivery, and because of this my client was not able to wear my jacket to the Grammys, and the hours I spent sewing were wasted.

Do you like being yelled at and not given a chance to talk? Do you like non productive communication? I don't, either. UPS will tell you something different every time you call, won't listen to you, and tell you their picking up and then won't tell you why or if they refused to pick up. You can call every day for a week to pick up, and they will just reschedule every single day. Then you try to call the store to remain in communication and their line is busy. Then you get yelled at by sales associates for having your package when you're trying to do your best to solve the problem. This week has been hell and a waste of my time, so if I had any other choice to ship this broken couch, which is also not my fault. I would never pick UPS.

My UPS store of choice. Great customer service as they are very helpful and I would recommend using this UPS store for your shipping needs or if you need a document printed.
