Went into the store and was thrilled because the associate Dante at the front desk greeted me with joy and we had a full conversation on legos, a little weird but not to shabby, And after that he walked me through on how to send and return my “package” iykyk, all in all it was a 5/5 and I would recommend you go to the front desk of this UPS immediately they have the best complimentary peppermints on the ready, I WILL BE BACK STORE 3522!!!?

You have to email the store anything you want to print. Printer not compatible with USB. Worker let me try to use my USB for 5 minutes, watching me, in an empty store, until I asked and he told me it doesn't work with USB. He should be fired.

The customer service at this location has always been superb. They are friendly, efficient, and aware of the customers in line. I highly recommend this UPS store. Parking can be a little tricky, but not a big deal.
