Karl on the previous comment is not telling the truth when he says, "Sign written on a brown post to leave boxes outside". I personally bought that little end table and with permission placed it on the left side of the door and on that table was written, "Place boxes here then Open door with the word, Respect" Very clear and right on top. When you have a box that weighs 45lbs its hard to open the door with one hand and hold the box in the other. Now the table has been stolen, Did you steal it Karl? My heart fell today when I saw a lady struggle to open the door holding her heavy box. As Thomas Magnum would say, "I know what you are thinking, " Why did you not help her? I did quickly try to get there in time to open the door but I was too late". One other thought. This is not a big place and gets crowded and busy somtimes. Lets give these lady's a break. Fun Fact: the UPS truck gets there ABOUT 10am and 4pm. I am glad they are there. What would we have to do if they weren't?

Showed up at 9:20am 8/17/24 with a small laptop box to return to my former employer. Store hours posted to open at 9am on Saturdays. Door locked. Knocked twice. No signs of life. Sign written on a brown post to leave boxes outside. Yeah, right. Had to go to another UPS store. Lost me and other customers outside. Great business ya got there smh.

"free" returns are not free here, costs $1.40 if you're returning a free package. They don't have a way to print their label for you

A complete flusteration tried to return my Amazon order. Would not take it unless I had a printed off return slip because of a battery. Do not have a printer at home so they had me go to theirs charge me a $1.14 then kicked me off the machine before I could get a print out waste of time waste the money.

I think this is one of the busiest UPS stores in utah and I feel like the staff deals with that pretty good because these days there are other places that have worse customer service. I feel they do great for the number of people that go in there.

I’ve liked this location and staff but lately the hours of operation have been in consistent and opening late on Saturdays.

Jasmine is so helpful and kind, she was very patient and she helped me return my very first Amazon order! She directed me through the whole thing and was super nice about it, she talked to me like I was one of her friends, and it made the whole thing feel easier and less tense, will be coming back!

They have lost multiple packages of mine because of failure to put the tracking scanner on the package! Absolutely no way of locating these packages. And they have made no effort to remedy the situation. I will never ship with UPS again and this location doesn’t hire the brightest staff.

Went into the store the other day and Jasmine and Luisiana were so helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything so easy. Jasmine was wonderful and Luisiana helped me check out. Overall 10/10 visit. Will continue to come back and ship all my packages from this store here on out !

Sara is beyond rude that works here and is not happy about being here to help the customers. Very quick to cut you off with a condescending attitude. This should not be the face of your establishment to help customers. Because it is obvious she is uninterested and unwilling. Not to mention very offended when asking her name since she was not wearing a name tag.
Update: went in today and 2 people are sorting packages in front of a line of 3 different sets of customers. We could hear voices for about 10 mins of waiting and when said "help up front please" (since the 2 sorters didn't request it) Sara emerges and says with in a condescending manner "we are working". 2 employees beyond sara (that stormed off and said "I'm not dealing with this today") come and address the customers standing all in line. She obviously does not like her job maybe someone should recommend or help her get the ball rolling and find a new one......

I went in to return an Amazon purchase. I have never done this before. The first girl asked me for the bar code. I asked where I get it. She said go over there sign in and print the label. In a very annoyed voice. There were several girls chatting in the back and no one else in the store. I walked over and the card reader said sorry closed, the screen said something that indicated rebooting. So I turned to get help and 2 others walked in so I waited. I called my Granddaughter to see if she got the email to print the label and she heard the rep sharply respond to me when I asked her a question about how to get the computer back online and she headed back to chat with the other stores reps in the back. I think the customers were annoying them by asking them to do their jobs. I picked up my package and left. They are getting paid to do as little as possible. A simple "let me know if you need help", would have been nice.
