I had an Amazon return today and the process was very swift and easy! The person at the counter was helpful and kind.

I think this is one of the busiest UPS stores in utah and I feel like the staff deals with that pretty good because these days there are other places that have worse customer service. I feel they do great for the number of people that go in there.

I’ve liked this location and staff but lately the hours of operation have been in consistent and opening late on Saturdays.
