Chase the general manager and Brooklyn I think was her name were both super helpful. I had 2 returns and they made the process super easy even though I was having trouble on my end. They answered my questions and got me taken care of super fast.

The workers at the UPS Store were incredibly helpful! I forgot to package a couple of returns, and they handled everything for me, even printing out my labels for free. The customer service was impeccable. Highly recommend this branch!
