Nice people, answer questions fully, don't waste my time; delivery is very helpful; some drugs are more expensive than other pharmacies, but the service is overwhelmingly excellent, so I'm staying here.

Excellent staff, good prices and a high level of expertise. I've worked with a lot of pharmacies in area and really love this place. I appreciate how good the staff is - really a stand out over other places. The one thing I don't love the answering machine and phone tree, but the rest of the experience is top notch!

University Pharmacy's compounding pharmacist is wreckless and makes mistakes and he refuses to admit when he makes a mistake. When a business sells you a defective product you bring it back and they replace it. Not University pharmacy - they blame the problem entirely on you. It is 100% your fault that the medicine is not working. It worked perfectly every other time and my old prescription still works perfectly. This new prescription is defective and they refuse to accept any responsibility for making a compounding error. I found out from a different compounding pharmacy that it is not possible to compound my custom trimix prescription of 5.88/30/2 yet University pharmacy tried and were successful most of the time but not all of the time. When they failed they refused to take any responsibility. And they would not remake it unless I paid for it again. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? It is a known fact that my custom prescription cannot be successfully compounded. Why didn't they just tell me that and I would have went with a different formula. It is obvious that their compounding pharmacist is wreckless and not careful if he is trying to compound an impossible formula. I wouldn’t trust the University pharmacy to compound anything at all since their pharmacist is obviously not careful and accurate like you would expect a pharmacist to be. There are plenty of other compounding pharmacies that deliver. I recommend staying away from University pharmacy since they cannot be trusted.

Only pharmacy in the Salt Lake county Utah I could find and that had enough of one medication that I needed I called about 40 different places my mom and my daughter also called places so kudos to you guys the only problem is it's not very close to my house and you guys should consider expanding

They call you a liar and treat you like a thief. I was given bad medicine on 3 occasions. Each time I was told that it is my fault that the medicine is not working and no matter what I said they would not believe me and they refused to replace the defective medicine. They insisted that it was entirely my fault that the medicine is not working. I have been using this medicine for years, I know how to handle it and how to use it properly. I have done nothing wrong but University Pharmacy wont believe me and they wont replace the defective medicine unless I pay for it again. They told me \

If you need stage makeup for your kid, you've gotta go to this place! There's a theatrical makeup department in the back corner and these ladies know their stuff. They color-matched my daughter for stage foundation and taught me how to use the setting spray. So much better than shopping online and hoping the color is right!

My only complaint is that I have to pay out of pocket. Otherwise, this place is great. Very helpful, compounding medications, adorable gift shop with tons of great things. I recommend them if you have better insurance or don't mind paying higher prices. All the staff has been very friendly. The parking is on the street and it is not free. I'm not sure the exact price for parking.

Delivery......I love this pharmacy but today I am incredibly disappointed.I called early for my meds for severe pain that I need due to severe spinal issues. I've been a faithful customer for three plus years. A relative has for 45-50 yrs. I also tip drivers well. "To Insure Promptness" Today I am here in a level 10 pain, in tears, after a mix up with insurance but they never called to tell me just left my rx sitting there. I called a few times after not getting text saying it's filled. They promised it would be there tonight......NO show. If only they had called to ask if I wanted their other option it would be here. I have never had to go a full day with no pain relief and this is ER level. So as much as I love this place they showed No compassion, leaving a severe pain patient abandoned with No relief. Unbelievable! makes me sad.

Very knowledgeable, down to the specific isomer information for my medication.Had an issue with a delivery system on my medication and let them know, they switched the bottle they used immediately. Great service and understanding.
