Worst experience trying to purchase a computer product from them. Staff was rude and off putting. I did not feel welcome there. They claimed my product arrived and sent me an email confirming then they don’t have it when I get there. Waste of time and money.

We love coming to shop for all our “Utes” clothing here. My husband looks for new Under Armour and I always try and find new gymnastics shirt each year. We actually come here at least three times a month.

Excellent & fast service from Luke w/ the IT department! Was having issues with a potential virus on my laptop, he promptly assisted me, fixed the issue and throughly explained the cause. Thanks Luke!

The store is great but picking up an on line order is beyond ridiculous!I received an email telling me my order was ready for pick up but when I got to the store the staff couldn't find it.Even though all ordered items were available on store racks I could not get them that way unless I paid for them again because my order had been packed.I had to return to the store two days later for my order.

The staffs at the tech section are extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. They were very impatient and need to train better when assisting customers. I’d rather buy apple products from the BYU campus store. Please do better!

NO REVIEW: I walked by the bookstore while going to a tailgate party. Their wifi must have picked up my phone signal. OK, fine! It's a bookstore. Nice store! Good store!...Now...sit!...stay! ...Good store, he's a treat!
