I was a tad disappointed! Late evening 10 april,tried to get assistance on heat,young man less than helpful onPhone,finally resolved by him coming to room to turn system on,No towels morning for shower !

If you are at the University of Utah medical facilities, this is extremely convenient. The suites were very nice. Staff was great.

The young men at the front desk were helpful and respectful to two out of town old ladies!!! Those young men deserve a raise
