I recently had my very first makeup store experience at Ulta Beauty, and it was absolutely phenomenal, thanks to Chris. As someone completely new to makeup, I was unsure where to even begin. Despite the store being bustling with activity, I took a chance and asked for assistance. To my surprise, Chris, who I later found out was a manager, immediately made time for me. He delegated his tasks to ensure he could provide the help I needed, a gesture that already went above and beyond.What stood out to me the most was Chris's patience and attentiveness. In a situation where I fully expected to feel rushed or even slightly pressured to purchase the most expensive items, Chris proved me wrong. He was there to answer every basic question I had about starting with makeup, never once making me feel inadequate for my lack of knowledge. More so, as he demonstrated the products on me, he explained each step in a way that was easy to understand, making the learning process so much more accessible.I ended up purchasing everything he recommended, not out of pressure, but because I genuinely felt confident in the choices with his guidance. Chris's approach to customer service is commendable; he made a potentially overwhelming first experience not only manageable but enjoyable.To anyone stepping into the world of makeup, I couldn't recommend Ulta Beauty more, especially if you have the chance to be assisted by Chris. His expertise, coupled with genuine care for customers, makes all the difference. Thank you, Chris, for making my introduction to makeup so positive and enlightening!

I love Ulta. Their customer service is great. I am always greeted kindly. It’s a playground for all things beauty! Not only can you get a make over but you can also hit the salon and get a new hair cut too. Unfortunately I always seem to walk out spending $100 bucks. Ugh!!Great spot to come ask questions & get your beauty supplies.

Avoid this location if you want help. Waited 10 min for help but the staff just sat at the register, hung out and talked. Completely ignored. Try the Sephora at Kohls.

I really like this location. I think it's one of the better ones in the valley. I like their staff a lot and the manager is amazing he took time to help me find a list of colors etc.

Rude and unprofessional. Manager is not nice and did not even try to help find a store that carried the product I needed in stock! Other stores always offer assistance. They don’t even greet you when you walk in.
